【摘要】：甲基睪酮(MT)屬于性激素類(lèi)藥物中的人工合成類(lèi)固醇激素,為我國(guó)禁止使用獸藥,但在魚(yú)類(lèi)和家畜養(yǎng)殖中有違規(guī)使用的報(bào)道。甲基睪酮在動(dòng)物源性食品中的殘留對(duì)食品安全和人類(lèi)健康有潛在的危害。文章概述了甲基睪酮對(duì)動(dòng)物組織器官、生殖、內(nèi)分泌和神經(jīng)等多方面的危害作用,以及甲基睪酮與人類(lèi)生殖系統(tǒng)疾病存在的可能相關(guān)性;同時(shí)介紹了現(xiàn)階段甲基睪酮?dú)埩魴z測(cè)的主要方法。
[Abstract]:Methyltestosterone (MTT) is a synthetic steroid hormone in sex hormone drugs. It is forbidden to use veterinary drugs in China, but there are some reports of illegal use in fish and livestock breeding. The residue of methyl testosterone in animal-derived foods is potentially harmful to food safety and human health. This paper summarized the harmful effects of methyltestosterone on animal tissues and organs, reproduction, endocrine and nerve, and the possible correlation between methyltestosterone and human reproductive system diseases. At the same time, the main methods for detection of methyltestosterone residue at present are introduced.
