不同切根方式和不同梯度氮素添加對內(nèi)蒙古退化羊草草地的影響

【摘要】:為了研究不同切根方式和不同梯度氮素添加組合處理對內(nèi)蒙古天然中度退化羊草草地的綜合改良效果,在內(nèi)蒙古大學草地生態(tài)學研究基地采用二裂式裂區(qū)試驗設計實施了切根和氮素添加試驗,主區(qū)處理為兩種不同切根方式,裂區(qū)處理為不同梯度氮素添加,就不同組合處理對羊草草地的影響作為研究對象進行分析,期望通過本研究拓展和深入探討切根+施氮肥對退化羊草草原改良的綜合效果,以及探求切根和施氮肥對退化羊草草原改良效果的主次關(guān)系,尋求退化羊草草地恢復的最佳途徑。主要結(jié)論如下:1.錫林郭勒典型草原天然中度退化羊草草地經(jīng)切根和氮素添加組合處理后,條形切根方式和60kg·ha-1氮素添加水平是最佳組合處理,此組合處理使群落地上生物量增加66.49%,羊草種群地上生物量增加99.09%,羊草種群密度增加41.56%,羊草種群高度平均增加19.41%。2.切根和施氮肥組合處理對群落地下生物量產(chǎn)生了影響,除條形切根方式和未添加氮素組合處理外,其他各組合處理均使地下生物量降低,但是隨著改良時間的延長,群落地下生物量增加,促進了群落地下生物量的積累。3.不同切根方式和不同梯度氮素添加產(chǎn)生的改良效果的主次關(guān)系是不同梯度氮素添加對退化羊草草地的改良效果明顯。不同切根方式對退化羊草草地的恢復也起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用,但是兩種切根方式處理的效果差異不明顯。不同切根方式和不同梯度氮素添加的交互作用未達到顯著水平,即只進行切根處理,30kg·ha-1以上氮素添加水平顯著提高群落地上生物量,羊草種群地上生物量,羊草種群密度和羊草種群高度。4、最佳組合處理Q20N4,獲得的產(chǎn)量為1544.87kg·ha-1,比對照增加857.39kg·ha-1,按羊草市價每噸600-650元計算,此組合處理增加效益514-577元·ha-1,凈收益為244-307元·ha-1。
[Abstract]:In order to study the comprehensive improvement effect of different root cutting methods and different gradient nitrogen addition combinations on natural and moderately degraded sheep grass land in Inner Mongolia. In the grassland ecology research base of Inner Mongolia University, the experiment of cutting root and adding nitrogen was carried out in the two-split zone. The main area was treated with two different ways of root cutting, and the split area was treated with different gradient nitrogen addition. The effects of different combinations on the grassland of Leymus chinensis were analyzed. It was expected that the comprehensive effect of cutting root and applying nitrogen fertilizer on the improvement of degraded Leymus chinensis grassland could be further explored through this study. The primary and secondary relationship between cutting roots and applying nitrogen fertilizer on the improvement of degraded Leymus chinensis grassland was explored, and the best way to restore degraded Leymus chinensis grassland was found. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. After root cutting and nitrogen addition treatment, strip root cutting and 60kg ha-1 nitrogen addition level were the best combinations of natural and moderately degraded sheep grass land in Xilinguole steppe. The aboveground biomass of Leymus chinensis population was increased by 66.49%, the aboveground biomass of Leymus chinensis population increased 99.09%, the population density of Leymus chinensis increased 41.56, and the average height of Leymus chinensis population increased 19.41% .2. The root cutting and nitrogen fertilizer combination treatments had an effect on the underground biomass of the community. Except for the strip cutting and no nitrogen combination treatments, all other combinations reduced the underground biomass, but with the extension of the improvement time, The increase of community underground biomass promoted the accumulation of community underground biomass. The main and secondary relationship between different root cutting methods and different gradient nitrogen addition was that the effect of different gradient nitrogen addition on the improvement of degraded pasture land was obvious. Different root cutting methods also played a regulatory role in the restoration of degraded pasture land, but there was no significant difference between the two methods. The interaction between different root cutting methods and different gradient nitrogen supplementation was not significant, that is, the nitrogen addition level above 30kg ha-1 only increased the aboveground biomass of the community and the aboveground biomass of Leymus chinensis population. The population density of Leymus chinensis and the height of Leymus chinensis population were .4, and the yield of the best combination was 1544.87kg ha-1, which was increased by 857.39kg ha-1 compared with the control. According to the market price of Leymus chinensis, the benefit of this combination was 514-577 yuan, and the net income was 244-307 yuan ha-1.
