【摘要】：通過(guò)觀察中藥對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性汞中毒雞病變的影響,為中藥治療汞中毒提供基礎(chǔ)資料。將試驗(yàn)雞(脫溫雞苗72只)隨機(jī)分為3組,每組24只,分別為空白對(duì)照組,陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組和中藥治療組。試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物于第20、40、60天時(shí),處死試驗(yàn)雞,觀察臟器指數(shù),取肝、脾和腎制作組織切片,觀察病變。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,中藥在60日齡時(shí),明顯緩解雞汞中毒臨床癥狀;陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組第20天臟器指數(shù)明顯高于空白對(duì)照組(P0.05),陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組第40和第60天增加更為顯著(P0.01);與陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組比較,中藥治療第40天各臟器指數(shù)顯著下降(P0.05),第60天下降極顯著(P0.01);中藥能緩解汞中毒雞組織病變。由此推斷中藥可緩解汞中毒雞組織器官損傷。
[Abstract]:By observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the pathological changes of experimental mercury poisoning chickens, the basic data for the treatment of mercury poisoning with Chinese medicine were provided. The experimental chickens (72 chicken seedlings) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 24 in each group: blank control group, positive control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. On day 4060, the experimental animals were killed, the viscera index was observed, the liver, spleen and kidney were taken to make tissue sections and the pathological changes were observed. The results showed that Chinese medicine alleviated the clinical symptoms of mercury poisoning in chickens at the age of 60 days, and the viscera index in the positive control group on the 20th day was significantly higher than that in the blank control group, and the increase in the 40 and 60 days in the positive control group was more significant than that in the positive control group, which was significantly higher than that in the positive control group. On the 40th day, the viscera index decreased significantly (P0.05), and on the 60th day it decreased significantly (P0.01C), and Chinese herbal medicine alleviated the pathological changes of chicken tissues caused by mercury poisoning. It is inferred that Chinese herbal medicine can alleviate the injury of tissues and organs of chickens caused by mercury poisoning.
