【摘要】：奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)在我國(guó)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)中,具有相當(dāng)重要的地位,奶業(yè)發(fā)展水平是對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家畜牧業(yè)現(xiàn)代化程度的重要體現(xiàn)。自1990年以來(lái),我國(guó)奶牛養(yǎng)殖布局發(fā)生了很大的變化,出現(xiàn)了逐步向東北和華北個(gè)別省份聚集的產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)象,東北地區(qū)、華北地區(qū)的奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的地位不斷提高,在南方產(chǎn)區(qū)和大城市周邊地區(qū)的奶牛養(yǎng)殖出現(xiàn)了不斷縮減的現(xiàn)行。如何在產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的改革進(jìn)程中對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,都是眾多學(xué)者的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注問(wèn)題。本文以黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的布局作為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的布局狀況進(jìn)行描述分析,介紹黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局的現(xiàn)狀;其次是根據(jù)奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局的理論介紹養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局的現(xiàn)狀;再次是研究方法和建立模型,對(duì)主成分分析法進(jìn)行介紹,并選取影響奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局的主要指標(biāo),進(jìn)行修正和降維處理,最終利用主成分因子及其權(quán)重得出綜合評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù),從而建立測(cè)量模型;在文章的最后針對(duì)黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局存在的問(wèn)題提出對(duì)策建議。從研究中得出影響黑龍江省奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)布局變遷的主要原因是奶牛養(yǎng)殖的路徑依賴以及乳品企業(yè)對(duì)原料奶需求的帶動(dòng)效應(yīng),原料奶收購(gòu)價(jià)格和市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)潛力的影響并不明顯。
[Abstract]:Dairy farming plays an important role in modern agriculture in China, and the development level of dairy industry is an important embodiment of the modernization of animal husbandry in a country. Since 1990, great changes have taken place in the distribution of dairy cattle breeding in China, and there has been an industrial phenomenon that has gradually gathered in the northeast and individual provinces of North China, and the status of dairy cattle breeding in the Northeast and North China has been continuously improved. Dairy cattle farming in southern regions and around big cities has been shrinking. How to optimize the structure and improve the economic and social benefits in the process of industrial layout reform is the focus of many scholars. In this paper, the layout of the dairy cattle breeding industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, first of all, described and analyzed the distribution of dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang Province, introduced the status quo of the distribution of the dairy breeding industry in Heilongjiang Province; Secondly, according to the theory of dairy cattle breeding layout, the paper introduces the present situation of the dairy industry layout; thirdly, it introduces the research methods and models, introduces the principal component analysis method, and selects the main indicators that affect the dairy cattle breeding industry layout. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index was obtained by using the principal component factor and its weight, and then the measurement model was established. At the end of the article, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in view of the problems existing in the layout of the dairy cattle industry in Heilongjiang Province. It is concluded from the study that the main reasons that affect the distribution and changes of dairy cattle industry in Heilongjiang Province are the path dependence of dairy cattle breeding and the driving effect of dairy enterprises on the demand for raw milk. The influence of purchase price of raw milk and market consumption potential is not obvious.
