【摘要】：常量礦物質(zhì)鈣是動(dòng)物體內(nèi)必需常量元素,它主要參與體內(nèi)凝血過(guò)程、控制新陳代謝和細(xì)胞分裂等,動(dòng)物鈣攝入不足會(huì)導(dǎo)致軟骨癥、骨質(zhì)疏松和癱瘓等,而攝入過(guò)量則會(huì)引起厭食。目前,飼料中鈣測(cè)定方法眾多,包括高錳酸鉀氧化還原滴定法、乙二胺四乙酸二鈉絡(luò)合滴定法和原子吸收火焰分光光度法等,每種方法各有其適用范圍及其優(yōu)劣。對(duì)飼料中鈣含量的測(cè)定方法進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The constant mineral calcium is an essential constant element in the body of animals. It mainly participates in the coagulation process in vivo, controls metabolism and cell division, etc. Insufficient calcium intake in animals can lead to cartilage disease, osteoporosis and paralysis, etc. Excessive intake can lead to anorexia. At present, there are many methods for the determination of calcium in feed, including potassium permanganate redox titration, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium complex titration and atomic absorption flame spectrophotometry. The methods for determination of calcium in feed were reviewed.
