【摘要】：家禽因其眼球微結(jié)構(gòu)的特征,對(duì)光照的刺激十分敏感,因此在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中,通過(guò)人工控制光照條件來(lái)促進(jìn)家禽生長(zhǎng),以達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化。目前,在節(jié)能減排的時(shí)代背景下,在家禽養(yǎng)殖中,白熾燈正逐步退出歷史舞臺(tái),LED因其節(jié)能作為熱點(diǎn)替代光源之一。更為重要的是,LED對(duì)自身光因子的可調(diào)控性使得它在家禽養(yǎng)殖應(yīng)用中能夠滿足家禽對(duì)光的特性需求。本論文以“梅黃”肉雞為研究對(duì)象,比較研究了在封閉環(huán)境下5種LED光色對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)比試驗(yàn)了在封閉環(huán)境與半封閉環(huán)境下優(yōu)勢(shì)LED光色的不同補(bǔ)光時(shí)長(zhǎng)對(duì)肉雞生長(zhǎng)生產(chǎn)性能的影響。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容和成果如下：(1)研究了封閉環(huán)境下白、紅、黃、綠、藍(lán)5種LED光色(光照16h：黑暗8h)對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。研究表明,LED黃光更能促進(jìn)“梅黃”肉雞的生長(zhǎng),提高其生產(chǎn)性能。(2)重點(diǎn)研究了半封閉環(huán)境下,白天自然光照射12h,封閉飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境后LED黃光補(bǔ)光0h、2h、4h、6h、8h、10h、12h七種時(shí)長(zhǎng)對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),Y2h的補(bǔ)光方式能夠較好的促進(jìn)肉雞生長(zhǎng)增重,即能更好的促進(jìn)“梅黃”母雞的生長(zhǎng)。(3)重點(diǎn)研究了封閉環(huán)境下,優(yōu)選光色LED黃光光照12h、14h、16h、18h、20h、22h、24h七種時(shí)長(zhǎng)對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響。結(jié)果顯示,Y22h的人工補(bǔ)光時(shí)長(zhǎng)能夠得到較大的體重,較好的屠宰性能,較低的單雞料肉比。
[Abstract]:Poultry is sensitive to light stimulation because of the characteristics of the microstructure of its eyeball. Therefore, in actual production and breeding, the light condition is controlled artificially to promote the growth of poultry in order to maximize the economic benefits. At present, under the background of energy saving and emission reduction, incandescent lamps are gradually withdrawing from the historical stage because of their energy saving as one of the hot alternative light sources in poultry farming. What is more important is that LEDs can meet the demand of light characteristics in poultry breeding applications because of their ability to regulate their own light factors. In this paper, the effects of five kinds of LED light color on the performance of broilers under closed environment were studied by using "Muihuang" broiler as the research object. Furthermore, the effects of dominant LED photochromatic time on the growth performance of broilers in closed and semi-closed environments were compared. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1) the effects of white, red, yellow, green and blue LED light (16 h: dark 8 h) on the performance of broilers under closed environment were studied. The results showed that LED yellow light could promote the growth of "Mei Huang" broiler and improve its production performance. It was found that the light supplementation of Y2h could promote the growth and weight gain of broilers, that is, it could promote the growth of "Mei Huang" hens. The effect of LED yellow light on the performance of broilers was studied in this paper. The effects of light on the performance of broilers were studied in the following seven periods: 12hh, 14h, 16h, 18h, 20h, 22h and 24h, respectively. The results showed that the artificial light supplementation time of Y22h could get the higher body weight, better slaughtering performance and lower feed / meat ratio of single chicken.
