【摘要】：采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)ELISA方法對(duì)從重慶市30個(gè)區(qū)縣的種羊場(chǎng)、商品代飼養(yǎng)場(chǎng)和散養(yǎng)戶采集的62284份羊血清樣品進(jìn)行小反芻獸疫(PPR)抗體檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示:53062份血清抗體合格,個(gè)體合格率為85.19%,其中種羊場(chǎng)合格率為93.67(3020/3224),商品代飼養(yǎng)場(chǎng)合格率為86.59%(21179/24458),散養(yǎng)戶合格率為83.41%(28863/34602),免疫合格率均高于農(nóng)業(yè)部規(guī)定的70%的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,重慶市羊PPR的免疫效果總體比較理想,同時(shí)也說(shuō)明所使用的PPR疫苗免疫原性較好。
[Abstract]:A competitive ELISA method was used to detect 62284 sheep serum samples collected from sheep farms in 30 districts and counties of Chongqing. The results showed that 53062 serum samples were qualified, and the individual qualified rate was 85.19. The qualified rate of breeding sheep farm was 93.67 / 3020 / 32240.The qualified rate of commercial breeding farm was 86.599.29 / 24458m, and the qualified rate of individual was 83.41 / 28863 / 34602, which was higher than the minimum standard of 70% stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture. The results showed that the immunogenicity of sheep PPR in Chongqing was satisfactory, and the immunogenicity of PPR vaccine was good.
