從胚胎期到育肥期飼糧添加共軛亞油酸對(duì)豬肉品質(zhì)、臟器指數(shù)及脂肪酸組成的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究從胚胎期到育肥期飼糧添加1.5%共軛亞油酸(CLA),對(duì)豬肉品質(zhì)、臟器指數(shù)和脂肪酸組成的影響。選用妊娠榮昌母豬12頭,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組,試驗(yàn)組母豬飼喂1.5%CLA,斷奶后試驗(yàn)組仔豬繼續(xù)飼喂含1.5%CLA的飼糧,直至240日齡。結(jié)果表明:飼糧中持續(xù)添加1.5%CLA能顯著提高仔豬的斷奶重,顯著提高育肥豬眼肌面積、肌內(nèi)脂肪和肉色評(píng)分(P0.05),極顯著提高了屠宰重、肌肉p H24h和大理石紋評(píng)分(P0.01),極顯著降低了肉色黃度值(P0.01);對(duì)臟器指數(shù)的影響均不顯著(P0.05);極顯著提高了肌肉飽和脂肪酸(SFA)含量(P0.01),降低了不飽和脂肪酸(UFA)含量(P0.01)。其中,試驗(yàn)組SFA中的C12:0、C14:0、C16:0、C20:0以及UFA中的C14:1和C16:1含量極顯著增加(P0.01),UFA中的C18:1n-9c和C18:3n-3含量極顯著降低(P0.01)。以上結(jié)果說(shuō)明,飼糧持續(xù)添加CLA有利于仔豬生長(zhǎng),并明顯改善育成期豬肉品質(zhì)和改變豬肉中脂肪酸組成。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of 1.5% conjugated linoleic acid on pork quality, organ index and fatty acid composition in diet from embryonic stage to fattening stage.Twelve pregnant Rongchang sows were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. The sows in the experimental group were fed 1.5 cLA.After weaning, the piglets in the experimental group continued to be fed diets containing 1.5%CLA until 240 days of age.The results showed that continuous supplementation of 1.5%CLA in diet could significantly increase weaning weight, eye muscle area, intramuscular fat and meat color score (P0.05), and significantly increase slaughter weight of piglets.Muscle pH 24 h and marbling score P0.01g significantly decreased the color yellowness of meat (P0.01A), but had no significant effect on viscera index (P0.05A), and significantly increased the content of muscle saturated fatty acids (SFAs) and decreased the content of unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) (P0.01).Among them, the contents of C12: 0, C14: 0, C16: 0, C20: 0 in SFA and C14: 1 and C16: 1 in UFA significantly increased the contents of C18:1n-9c and C18:3n-3 in P0.01UFA.The above results showed that the continuous dietary addition of CLA was beneficial to the growth of piglets, and significantly improved the quality of pork and changed the fatty acid composition of the piglets.
