過(guò)瘤胃蛋氨酸對(duì)奶牛瘤胃微生物蛋白產(chǎn)量、產(chǎn)奶性能和氮排泄的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究過(guò)瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)對(duì)奶牛瘤胃微生物蛋白(MCP)產(chǎn)量、產(chǎn)奶性能及氮排泄的影響。選取年齡、體重、胎次、產(chǎn)奶量、乳成分及泌乳期[(90±15)d]相近的荷斯坦奶牛40頭,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組10頭,對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)1組、2組、3組分別添加0、15、25和35 g/(d·頭)RPMet。預(yù)試期15 d,正試期60 d。結(jié)果表明:1)各試驗(yàn)組瘤胃MCP的產(chǎn)量均極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),試驗(yàn)1組、2組、3組分別比對(duì)照組提高了13.10%、20.45%、16.23%。2)試驗(yàn)組產(chǎn)奶量顯著或極顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05或P0.01),試驗(yàn)1組、2組、3組分別比對(duì)照組提高了8.12%、13.32%、10.32%;RPMet能顯著或極顯著提高乳脂率和乳蛋白率(P0.05或P0.01),顯著或極顯著降低了乳體細(xì)胞數(shù)(P0.05或P0.01),以試驗(yàn)2組最低。3)在氮總排出量方面,各試驗(yàn)組均極顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01),試驗(yàn)1組、2組、3組分別比對(duì)照組降低了8.55%、17.49%、13.25%。由此可知,在本試驗(yàn)條件下,飼糧中添加RPMet可以顯著提高奶牛瘤胃MCP產(chǎn)量,減少氮排泄,提高奶牛生產(chǎn)性能。綜合各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),RPMet的最適添加量為25 g/(d·頭)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of rumen methionine (RPMet) on the production, milk yield and nitrogen excretion of rumen microbial protein (MCPP) in dairy cows.Forty Holstein cows with similar age, body weight, birth order, milk yield, milk composition and lactation period [90 鹵15 days] were randomly divided into 4 groups (10 in each group).The pretest period was 15 days and the current test period was 60 days.The results showed that the yield of rumen MCP in each trial group was significantly higher than that in control group P0.01, and the milk yield of test group 1 was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the milk yield of test group 1 was significantly higher than that of control group 2 (P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the milk yield of test 1 group 2 was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01), and the milk yield of test group 2 was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01).Compared with the control group, the RPMet increased 8.12% 13.32% and 10.32% RPMet significantly or extremely significantly increased the milk fat rate and milk protein rate (P 0.05 or P 0.01), significantly or extremely significantly decreased the number of milk body cells (P 0.05 or P 0.01).All the experimental groups were significantly lower than the control group (P 0.01), and group 1 and group 2 were lower than the control group by 8.55% 17.49% 13.25% respectively.It can be seen that under the condition of this experiment, the addition of RPMet in diet can significantly increase the rumen MCP yield, reduce nitrogen excretion and improve the performance of dairy cows.The optimum addition of RPMet was 25 g / L.
