不同生物處理水稻秸稈對(duì)肉用綿羊生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能及器官發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)研究了不同生物處理水稻秸稈對(duì)肉用綿羊生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能及器官發(fā)育的影響,旨在探索有效的生物制劑處理方法。采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),選取體重為(24.00±2.42)kg的"杜泊×小尾寒羊"雜交F1代公羔羊80只,隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,分別為空白對(duì)照組(飼喂水稻秸稈飼糧)、Ⅰ組(飼喂細(xì)菌、酶復(fù)合青貯制劑處理的水稻秸稈飼糧)、Ⅱ組(飼喂復(fù)合酶制劑處理的水稻秸稈飼糧)、羊草對(duì)照組(飼喂羊草飼糧),每組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)4只羊。預(yù)試期為8d,正試期為60 d。結(jié)果表明:Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和羊草對(duì)照組試驗(yàn)羊平均日增重和干物質(zhì)采食量均顯著高于空白對(duì)照組(P0.05),料重比顯著低于空白對(duì)照組(P0.05),但Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和羊草對(duì)照組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。各組間試驗(yàn)羊屠宰率無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),各組間試驗(yàn)羊頭、蹄、皮+毛、肺臟、腎臟、網(wǎng)胃、瓣胃、皺胃、小腸和大腸的重量及其占宰前活重比例無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組和羊草對(duì)照組試驗(yàn)羊肝臟和瘤胃重量顯著高于空白對(duì)照組(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),細(xì)菌、酶復(fù)合青貯制劑處理水稻秸稈有顯著的改善作用,肉用綿羊的生長(zhǎng)性能、屠宰性能及器官發(fā)育接近羊草的飼喂效果。
