【摘要】：表觀遺傳學(epigenetics)是指DNA序列未發(fā)生變化,而基因表達卻發(fā)生了可遺傳的變化。近年來,表觀遺傳學在家養(yǎng)動物研究領域發(fā)展極為迅速,主要畜種涉及雞、豬、牛、羊等,并形成一門新興學科——畜禽表觀遺傳學(livestock epigenetics)。畜禽表觀遺傳學主要針對各種表觀遺傳修飾,包括DNA甲基化、組蛋白修飾及非編碼RNA等,研究家養(yǎng)動物的生長發(fā)育、疾病抗性、繁殖、經(jīng)濟等性狀的表達調(diào)控基礎。作者綜述和分析了畜禽表觀遺傳學的主要研究領域及現(xiàn)狀,進一步對其發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望,有助于全面了解畜禽復雜性狀形成的分子基礎,這也極大開拓了研究和改善畜禽各類經(jīng)濟性狀的思路與策略。
[Abstract]:Epigenetics (epigenetics) means that the DNA sequence has not changed, but the gene expression has undergone a genetic change. In recent years, epigenetics has developed rapidly in the field of domestic animal breeding. The main livestock species include chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, etc. The epigenetics of livestock and poultry is mainly aimed at various epigenetic modifications, including DNA methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA, to study the growth and disease resistance of domestic animals. The main research fields and present situation of animal epigenetics were reviewed and analyzed, and the development trend of animal epigenetics was prospected. It is helpful to fully understand the molecular basis of the complex characteristics of livestock and poultry, which greatly opens up ideas and strategies for the study and improvement of various economic traits of livestock and poultry.
