飼喂高淀粉飼糧時(shí)不同瘤胃降解淀粉水平對(duì)奶牛泌乳性能、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率和氮平衡的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼喂高淀粉飼糧時(shí)不同瘤胃降解淀粉水平對(duì)奶牛泌乳性能、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率和氮平衡的影響。選用10頭荷斯坦經(jīng)產(chǎn)奶牛[平均泌乳天數(shù)為(214±38)d,平均乳產(chǎn)量為(26.2±2.4)kg/d,平均體重為(727±65)kg]作為試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,隨機(jī)分成2組,每組5頭。試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)2種不同瘤胃降解淀粉水平的試驗(yàn)飼糧,分別為瘤胃降解淀粉水平為62.3%(占總淀粉的百分比)的低瘤胃降解淀粉水平飼糧(L-RDS)和瘤胃降解淀粉水平為72.1%(占總淀粉的百分比)的高瘤胃降解淀粉水平飼糧(H-RDS)。采用交叉試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),試驗(yàn)分為2期,過(guò)渡期7 d,每期試驗(yàn)21 d,其中適應(yīng)期14 d,采樣期7 d。結(jié)果顯示:1)相比L-RDS組,H-RDS組有機(jī)物和淀粉的表觀消化率顯著升高(P0.05),中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率顯著降低(P0.05),干物質(zhì)表觀消化率有升高趨勢(shì)(P=0.07),蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。2)相比L-RDS組,H-RDS組尿素氮及它們占攝入氮比例有降低趨勢(shì)(P=0.09),攝入氮、乳氮、糞氮、尿氮和沉積氮及它們占攝入氮比例無(wú)顯著變化(P0.05),尿中總嘌呤衍生物排出量和微生物蛋白產(chǎn)量亦無(wú)顯著變化(P0.05)。3)飼糧瘤胃降解淀粉水平對(duì)奶牛干物質(zhì)采食量、乳產(chǎn)量和乳成分均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。綜合以上結(jié)果可知,飼喂高淀粉飼糧時(shí)不同瘤胃降解淀粉水平影響飼糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的表觀消化率,對(duì)泌乳性能和氮平衡無(wú)顯著影響。
[Abstract]:This experiment was conducted to study the fed high starch diets with different rumen degradable starch levels on lactation performance, apparent digestibility and nitrogen balance of nutrients. The 10 Holstein cows average lactation days for multiparous [(214 + 38) d, the average milk yield (26.2 + 2.4) kg/ D, the average weight of (727 + 65) kg] as the experimental animal, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 5 pigs in each group. The experimental diet test in 2 different levels of rumen degradation of starch and starch respectively rumen degradation level was 62.3% (% of total starch) low rumen degradable starch level intake (L-RDS) and rumen degradable starch level 72.1% (% of total starch) diets high in rumen starch levels (H-RDS). By using cross experiment design, the experiment was divided into 2 periods, the transition period of 7 d and 21 d in each experiment, the adaptation period of 14 d, 7 d. sampling results showed that: 1) compared with L-RDS group, H-RDS group of organic compounds And starch significantly increased apparent digestibility (P0.05), neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber digestibility was significantly decreased (P0.05), dry matter digestibility increased (P=0.07), apparent digestibility of protein had no significant difference (P0.05).2) compared with L-RDS group, H-RDS group of urea nitrogen and nitrogen intake which accounted for ratio decrease trend (P=0.09), nitrogen intake, milk nitrogen, fecal nitrogen, urinary nitrogen and nitrogen deposition and their nitrogen intake accounted for ratio of no significant change (P0.05), total urinary purine derivatives excretion and microbial protein yield has no significant change (P0.05).3) of dietary rumen the degradation of starch levels on dry matter intake of dairy cows, have no significant effect on milk yield and milk composition (P0.05). Based on the above results, fed high starch diet when the effects of different levels of dietary starch rumen degradation of nutrients apparent digestibility, nitrogen balance on lactation performance and no significant influence Ring.
