代乳品和開口料對哺乳中后期羔羊生長性能血清生化指標和營養(yǎng)物質表觀消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究代乳品和開口料的飼喂對哺乳中后期羔羊生長性能、血清生化指標和營養(yǎng)物質表觀消化率的影響。選擇體重相近的30日齡羔羊75只,隨機分成5組,每組3個重復,每個重復5只。各組分別飼喂代乳品1+開口料(A組)、代乳品1(B組)、代乳品2(C組)、母乳+開口料(D組)和母乳(E組)。分別在30、40、50、60、70日齡稱重并對體尺進行測量,68~70日齡連續(xù)收集3 d糞樣測定營養(yǎng)物質表觀消化率,在70日齡頸靜脈采血測定血清生化指標。結果表明:1)30、40、50、60、70日齡D組體重、體長、體高、胸圍高于A、E組,E組高于B組,B組與C組間差異不顯著(P0.05);但60~70日齡期間,A組平均日增重顯著高于D組(P0.05),B組顯著高于E組(P0.05)。2)血清尿素氮含量及谷丙轉氨酶、谷氨酰轉移酶、乳酸脫氫酶活性組間差異不顯著(P0.05);血清總蛋白和甘油三酯含量D組顯著高于A組(P0.05),E組血清甘油三酯含量顯著高于B、C組(P0.05);血清白蛋白和球蛋白含量A、D、E組之間差異不顯著(P0.05),但D組有增高趨勢,E組顯著高于B、C組(P0.05);血清葡萄糖含量A、D、E組顯著高于B、C組(P0.05);A組血清堿性磷酸酶活性顯著高于其他各組(P0.05);B、C組之間上述血清生化指標差異均不顯著(P0.05)。3)各營養(yǎng)物質采食量A組顯著高于B、C組(P0.05),B、C組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);干物質、鈣、磷表觀消化率差異不顯著(P0.05);粗蛋白質、總能、中性洗滌纖維和酸性洗滌纖維表觀消化率A組顯著高于B、C組(P0.05),且B、C組差異不顯著(P0.05)。由此可見,代乳品和開口料的飼喂對羔羊生長性能、血清生化指標及營養(yǎng)物質表觀消化率有不同程度的影響,羔羊代乳品加開口料的飼喂模式可實現(xiàn)羔羊的早期斷奶,具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of dairy and open feed on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and apparent digestibility of nutrients in lambs of middle and late stage of lactation. 75 lambs of 30 days old with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups. 3 repeats per group, Each group was fed with milk substitute group 1, group A, group B, group C, group D) and group E, respectively, weighing and measuring the body size at the age of 6070 days. The apparent digestibility of nutrients was determined by collecting feces for 3 days. The serum biochemical indexes were measured at 70 days old by jugular vein. The results showed that the body weight, body length and body height of group D of the age of 6070 days. The average daily gain of group A was significantly higher than that of group D (P 0.05), but the average daily gain of group A was significantly higher than that of group D (P 0.05), and the levels of serum urea nitrogen, alanine aminotransferase and glutamyl transferase were significantly higher in group A than those in group E (P 0.05), and the difference between group B and group C was not significant (P < 0.05), but the average daily gain of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05), and that of group B was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05). The content of serum total protein and triglyceride in group D was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05), and the content of serum triglyceride in group E was significantly higher than that in group B C (P 0.05), while the contents of serum albumin and globulin in group A were not significantly different from those in group A. The activity of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05), but the level of serum alkaline phosphatase in group E was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum biochemical indexes between group E and group B (P 0.05), and the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05), and the serum alkaline phosphatase activity in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05). The intake of nutrients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between group B (P 0.05) and group C (P < 0.05), dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, dry matter, The apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus was not significantly different (P 0.05), the apparent digestibility of crude protein, total energy, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in group A was significantly higher than that in group B C (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between group B and C (P 0.05). The growth performance, serum biochemical index and apparent digestibility of nutrients were affected by the feeding of substitute dairy and open feed. The feeding mode of substitute dairy and open feed could realize the early weaning of lamb. Has certain promotion value.
