【摘要】：本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加酵母寡聚糖(YOS)對高密度養(yǎng)殖條件下蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)、腸道黏膜形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)及微生物區(qū)系分布、血清生化指標和腸道功能相關基因表達的影響。選取864只12周齡海蘭褐蛋雞,隨機分為6個組,每組12個重復,每重復3個籠子,每個籠子3只(低密度)或5只(高密度)。對照組飼喂基礎飼糧,試驗組飼喂在基礎飼糧中分別添加250和500 g/t YOS的飼糧,試驗期18周。結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧添加YOS能顯著提高蛋殼顏色的均勻度(P0.05)。2)飼糧添加YOS增加了蛋雞腸道絨毛高度/隱窩深度值(P=0.059),其中250 g/t YOS組顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。3)飼糧添加YOS使得蛋雞空腸乳酸桿菌數(shù)量顯著增加(P0.05),大腸桿菌數(shù)量顯著減少(P0.05),其中250 g/t YOS組菌群變化較為明顯。4)飼糧添加YOS顯著降低了蛋雞血清中內(nèi)毒素含量(P0.05),提高了免疫球蛋白A含量(P=0.090),且250 g/t YOS組較對照組顯著提高(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加YOS能夠改善高密度養(yǎng)殖條件下蛋雞腸道功能,添加劑量以250 g/t的綜合效果較佳。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of yeast oligosaccharide (YOS) on performance, egg quality, intestinal mucosal morphology and microflora distribution of laying hens under high density culture. Effects of serum biochemical parameters and intestinal function related genes expression. 864 12-week-old Hailan brown laying hens were randomly divided into 6 groups with 12 replicates in each group and 3 cages in each group. Each cage had 3 (low density) or 5 (high density). The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was fed with 250 g / t YOS and 500g / t YOS in the basal diet, respectively. The experiment period was 18 weeks. The results showed that addition of YOS to 1) diet could significantly increase the color uniformity of eggshell (P0.05 路2).) adding YOS to diet increased the height / depth of intestinal villus of laying hens (P0.059), especially in 250gt / t YOS group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05 路3). The addition of YOS significantly increased the number of Lactobacillus jejuni and decreased the number of Escherichia coli, especially in 250g / t YOS group. 4) the addition of YOS significantly decreased the serum endotoxin content of laying hens and increased the immune immunity. The content of epidemic globin A was 0.090%, and the concentration of P0. 05% in 250 g / t YOS group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The addition of YOS to diet could improve the intestinal function of laying hens under the condition of high density culture. The comprehensive effect of 250g / t additive was better.
