【摘要】：在彈齒滾筒式撿拾器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上,以紫花苜蓿為撿拾對(duì)象,滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度和牧草含水率為試驗(yàn)因素,功率消耗與撿拾損失率作為性能檢測(cè)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了正交試驗(yàn)和彈齒端部加速度試驗(yàn),旨在探索彈齒滾筒式撿拾器的工作參數(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與牧草收獲條件對(duì)撿拾性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:凸輪廓線對(duì)撿拾器工作性能有較大影響;滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速和牧草含水率均對(duì)撿拾器工作性能影響極顯著,機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度對(duì)工作性能影響顯著;撿拾器工作性能的影響因素主次順序?yàn)闈L筒轉(zhuǎn)速、牧草含水率、機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度,最佳性能參數(shù)組合為滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速42 r/min、機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度4.0 km/h、牧草含水率15.1%。彈齒端部加速度頻譜分析表明:在滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度保持一定的情況下,隨著牧草含水率的增加,彈齒端部加速度呈上升趨勢(shì),撿拾器功率消耗增加,撿拾效率下降。
[Abstract]:Using alfalfa as picking object, rotating speed of roller, moving speed of machine and moisture content of forage as experimental factors, power consumption and pick up loss rate were used as performance test indexes on the test bench of the projectile drum picker. The orthogonal test and the acceleration test at the end of the projectile tooth are carried out in order to find out the working parameters of the picker. The effects of structure parameters and forage harvesting conditions on picking performance were studied. The experimental results showed that the cam contour had a great effect on the performance of pickers. The rotary speed of the drum and the moisture content of the forage have a significant effect on the working performance of the picker, and the speed of the advance of the machine has a significant effect on the working performance. The main and secondary factors affecting the performance of the picker are the rotary speed of the drum, the moisture content of the forage, the speed of the machine forward, and the best performance parameter combination of the rotary speed of the drum is 42 rpm. The speed of the machine is 4.0 km / h, and the moisture content of the forage is 15.1.The acceleration spectrum analysis at the end of the elastic tooth shows that the speed of the machine is kept at a certain speed under the rotating speed of the drum. With the increase of the moisture content of forage, the acceleration at the end of the elastic tooth increased, the power consumption of the picker increased, and the picking efficiency decreased.
