【摘要】：為了解江蘇地區(qū)雞源彎曲桿菌的流行和耐藥狀況,采集養(yǎng)殖場及農(nóng)貿(mào)市場雞泄殖腔棉拭子樣品和超市雞肉樣品進行空腸彎曲桿菌、結(jié)腸彎曲桿菌的分離與鑒定,對分離菌株采用紙片擴散法檢測其耐藥情況。結(jié)果顯示:泄殖腔棉拭子樣品彎曲桿菌總分離率為38.68%(205/530),其中空腸彎曲桿菌和結(jié)腸彎曲桿菌陽性率分別為27.36%(145/530)和11.32%(60/530);雞肉樣品中彎曲桿菌總分離率為45.33%(68/150),其中空腸彎曲桿菌和結(jié)腸彎曲桿菌陽性率分別為30.00%(45/150)和15.33%(23/150)。所有樣品空腸彎曲桿菌分離率極顯著高于結(jié)腸彎曲桿菌(P0.01),就泄殖腔棉拭子樣品而言,養(yǎng)殖場樣品彎曲桿菌總分離率顯著高于農(nóng)貿(mào)市場樣品(P0.05),泄殖腔棉拭子樣品與雞肉樣品彎曲桿菌分離率無顯著性差異(P0.05)。耐藥檢測結(jié)果顯示,彎曲桿菌對9大類27種抗生素耐藥率在80%以上的有6種,分別為頭孢噻肟、頭孢曲松、諾氟沙星、環(huán)丙沙星、甲氧芐胺嘧啶和克林霉素,所有菌株表現(xiàn)出多重耐藥現(xiàn)象,耐藥譜主要集中在12耐、13耐和14耐。研究表明,江蘇地區(qū)雞源彎曲桿菌流行普遍,分離菌株存在耐藥現(xiàn)象且多重耐藥情況較嚴重。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the prevalence and drug resistance of campylobacter from chickens in Jiangsu province, samples of cloacal cotton swabs from poultry farms and farmers' markets and chicken samples from supermarkets were isolated and identified by Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter colon. The results showed that the total isolation rate of Campylobacter in cloacal cotton swabs was 38.68% 20.5 / 530). The positive rates of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli were 27.36 / 145 / 530 and 11.32 / 60 / 530 respectively. The total isolation rate of Campylobacter in chicken samples was 45.33%. The positive rates of Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter Colon were 30.0045 / 150 and 15.33 / 23 / 150, respectively. The isolation rate of Campylobacter jejuni from all samples was significantly higher than that from Campylobacter coli (P 0.01). As far as cloacal cotton swab samples were concerned, the total isolation rate of Campylobacter in farm samples was significantly higher than that in farmers' market samples (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the isolation rate of Campylobacter between cloacal cotton swabs and chicken samples. Six strains of campylobacter campylobacter with resistance rate above 80% to 27 antibiotics in 9 categories were cefotaxime, ceftriaxone, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, methoxybenzylamine and clindamycin. All the strains showed multidrug resistance, and the resistance spectrum mainly focused on resistance 12 and 14. The results showed that campylobacter from chicken was prevalent in Jiangsu province. The isolated strains were resistant to drugs and the situation of multiple drug resistance was serious.
