響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化丁香提取物的制備工藝

【摘要】:為了采用響應(yīng)面法對(duì)丁香提取工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,試驗(yàn)以丁香提取物中丁香酚含量為考察指標(biāo),采用Box-Behnken中心組合設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行提取工藝優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:丁香提取物制備的最佳響應(yīng)組合為乙醇濃度80%,提取溫度59.8℃,料液比1∶11,提取時(shí)間1.68 h,經(jīng)計(jì)算得到浸膏中丁香酚含量為84.39%,在此條件下驗(yàn)證性試驗(yàn)測(cè)得丁香提取物中丁香酚含量分別為79.23%、81.34%、79.34%。說(shuō)明響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化得到的丁香提取物制備工藝穩(wěn)定、可靠。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the extraction process of clove by response surface method, the content of eugenol in clove extract was used as the index. The extraction process was optimized by using Box-Behnken center combination design method. The results showed that the optimal response of clove extract preparation was ethanol concentration of 80 and extraction temperature of 59.8 鈩,
