【摘要】：先天抗病毒免疫因子作為一種直接抗病毒的效應蛋白,為病原或干擾素(IFN)誘導所產(chǎn)生,在細胞內(nèi)發(fā)揮早期抗病毒感染的作用,決定了機體抗病毒免疫反應狀態(tài)。脊椎動物重要的抗病毒蛋白包括Mx、PKR、OAS、IFITM、ZAP等,其中,先天免疫因子Mx和IFITM是宿主關(guān)鍵的抗流感病毒蛋白,而針對Viperin抗病毒蛋白的抗病毒機制研究較深入。由于禽類先天免疫系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)研究仍處于起步階段,研究信息與進展較零散,本文歸納了這三種關(guān)鍵抗病毒蛋白的基本特性及禽類有關(guān)蛋白的最新研究進展。
[Abstract]:As a direct antiviral effector protein, the innate antiviral immunity factor is produced by the induction of IFN and the early anti-virus infection in cells, which determines the state of antiviral immunity. The important antiviral proteins of vertebrates include Mx, PKR, OAS, IFITM and ZAP. Among them, the innate immune factors Mx and IFITM are the key anti influenza virus proteins of the host, and the antiviral mechanism for Viperin antiviral protein is studied in depth. Because the basic research of avian innate immune system is still at the initial stage, and the information and progress are scattered, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of these three key antiviral proteins and the latest research progress of poultry related proteins.
