【摘要】：目的了解流感樣病例中流感病毒陽(yáng)性檢出率的相關(guān)因素。方法 2011-2013年,通過(guò)流感監(jiān)測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集廈門(mén)市流感哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院和流感聚集性或暴發(fā)疫情的流感樣病例咽拭子標(biāo)本3 091份,填寫(xiě)病例相關(guān)基本信息,采用熒光定量RT-PCR方法對(duì)標(biāo)本進(jìn)行核酸檢測(cè),分析流感病毒陽(yáng)性檢出率的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 3 091份標(biāo)本中,流感病毒陽(yáng)性484份,總陽(yáng)性率為15.7%,其中小學(xué)和初中學(xué)生標(biāo)本的陽(yáng)性率最高,聚集性或爆發(fā)疫情的標(biāo)本高于哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院的標(biāo)本、第1和第2季度的標(biāo)本高于第3和第4季度的標(biāo)本,標(biāo)本送檢越及時(shí),陽(yáng)性率越高。結(jié)論研究對(duì)象職業(yè)、標(biāo)本來(lái)源、標(biāo)本采集時(shí)間、標(biāo)本送檢是否及時(shí)與流感病毒陽(yáng)性檢出率相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related factors of influenza virus positive rate in influenza-like cases. Methods from 2011 to 2013, 3091 throat swabs from influenza sentinel hospital and influenza aggregation or outbreak were collected through influenza surveillance network. The basic information of the cases was filled in. Nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR (FQ-PCR), and the related factors of positive detection rate of influenza virus were analyzed. Results of the 3091 specimens, 484 were positive for influenza virus, the total positive rate was 15.7%. The positive rate of primary and junior middle school students was the highest, the sample of aggregation or outbreak was higher than that of sentinel hospital, and the sample of the first and second quarter was higher than that of the third and fourth quarter. The more timely the specimen was sent for examination, the higher the positive rate was. Conclusion the occupation, source, collection time and timely detection of influenza virus are related to the positive rate of influenza virus.
