【摘要】：目的探討環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增法與膠體金免疫層析法在結(jié)核病病原菌快速檢測效果比較。方法選擇2013年10月至2015年5月于我中心就診的71例疑似結(jié)核病患者,分別取痰樣本和血樣本各71份,痰樣本分別采用環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增法和羅氏固體培養(yǎng)法進(jìn)行病原菌檢測。血樣本采用膠體金免疫層析法進(jìn)行病原菌檢測。以羅氏固體培養(yǎng)法結(jié)果為參照,評價(jià)環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增法和膠體金免疫層析法診斷的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果以羅氏固體培養(yǎng)法結(jié)果為參照,環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增法的靈敏度為90.32%,特異度為97.50%,準(zhǔn)確率為95.77%;膠體金免疫層析法靈敏度為97.10%,特異度為100%,準(zhǔn)確率為94.37%。結(jié)論膠體金層析法和環(huán)介導(dǎo)等溫?cái)U(kuò)增法均可獲得較為滿意的診斷結(jié)果,臨床上可根據(jù)患者癥狀選擇不同的診斷技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of ring-mediated isotherm amplification and colloidal gold immunochromatography in the rapid detection of tuberculosis pathogens. Methods from October 2013 to May 2015, 71 suspected tuberculosis patients were selected and 71 sputum samples and 71 blood samples were taken respectively. Sputum samples were detected by ring-mediated isotherm amplification and Roche solid culture respectively. Blood samples were detected by colloidal gold immunochromatography. Based on the results of Roche solid culture method, the diagnostic accuracy of ring-mediated isotherm amplification and colloidal gold immunochromatography was evaluated. Results compared with the results of Roche solid culture method, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ring-mediated isotherm amplification were 90. 32%, 97. 50% and 95. 77%, respectively, and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of colloidal gold immunochromatography were 97. 10%, 100% and 94. 37% respectively. Conclusion Colloidal gold chromatography and ring-mediated isotherm amplification can obtain satisfactory diagnostic results, and different diagnostic techniques can be selected according to the symptoms of the patients.
