【摘要】：目的分析湖北省2009—2015年血吸蟲(chóng)血清學(xué)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力驗(yàn)證(PT)結(jié)果及存在問(wèn)題。方法收集2009—2015年湖北省參控實(shí)驗(yàn)室血吸蟲(chóng)血清學(xué)間接血凝試驗(yàn)(IHA)法及酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測(cè)定(ELISA)法能力驗(yàn)證數(shù)據(jù)資料,并用SPSS 17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2009—2015年IHA共檢測(cè)了364份樣本,陽(yáng)性、陰性樣本的符合率分別為82.5%、86.3%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=0.993,P0.05)。ELISA共檢測(cè)626份樣本,陽(yáng)性、陰性樣本的符合率分別為84.4%、92.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=10.636,P=0.001)。2009開(kāi)展能力驗(yàn)證活動(dòng)后,IHA法僅2013年較2009年樣本符合率提高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=7.990,P=0.005),而ELISA法樣本檢測(cè)符合率雖較2009年有所提高,但差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.008)。結(jié)論參控實(shí)驗(yàn)室血吸蟲(chóng)血清學(xué)檢測(cè)能力在2009年后有所提高,但因各種因素影響使檢測(cè)能力仍有較大的提升空間。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the (PT) results and existing problems in the laboratory of schistosomiasis serological detection in Hubei Province from 2009 to 2015. Methods the data of serological indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) of Schistosoma japonicum in Hubei ginseng control laboratory from 2009 to 2015 were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results A total of 364samples were detected by IHA from 2009 to 2015.
