【摘要】：人巨細(xì)胞病毒感染的致病機(jī)制尚不明確,其診斷主要依靠典型的臨床表現(xiàn)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查,目前并無(wú)有效的治療方法。人巨細(xì)胞病毒感染的傳染源主要為其顯性感染患者及無(wú)癥狀病毒攜帶者,傳播途徑主要為母嬰垂直傳播、水平傳播和醫(yī)源性傳播,易感人群主要為文化程度低、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件差、3歲的嬰幼兒以及免疫缺陷或免疫功能低下者。疫苗接種是預(yù)防人巨細(xì)胞病毒感染的有效措施,對(duì)于育齡婦女應(yīng)普及預(yù)防人巨細(xì)胞病毒感染的相關(guān)知識(shí),盡量降低其妊娠期感染率。
[Abstract]:The pathogenesis of human cytomegalovirus infection is not clear. Its diagnosis mainly depends on the typical clinical manifestations and laboratory examination, and there is no effective treatment at present. The main infection sources of human cytomegalovirus infection are its dominant infection patients and asymptomatic virus carriers, the main transmission routes are vertical transmission between mother and child, horizontal transmission and iatrogenic transmission, and the susceptible population is mainly of low educational level and poor economic conditions, and the transmission channels are vertical transmission between mother and child, horizontal transmission and iatrogenic transmission. 3-year-old infants and children with immune deficiency or low immune function. Vaccination is an effective measure to prevent human cytomegalovirus infection. For women of childbearing age, the knowledge of preventing human cytomegalovirus infection should be popularized and the pregnancy infection rate should be reduced as far as possible.
