【摘要】：埃博拉病毒的實(shí)時(shí)反轉(zhuǎn)錄PCR檢測結(jié)果是目前確診埃博拉病毒病(Ebola virus disease,EVD)的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。EVD患者的血液、多種體液和分泌物具有高度傳染性,因此,EVD待檢者(包括:EVD疑似病例、EVD可能病例和EVD確診病例)臨床樣本的采集、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、檢測和結(jié)果解讀等每一個環(huán)節(jié)的安全防控均十分重要。本研究就作者在中國埃博拉治療中心(Ebola Treatment Center,ETC)的工作實(shí)踐與經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討了EVD病原體實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測相關(guān)的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、操作流程、安全防護(hù)等方面的問題,為制定EVD實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或指南提供參考。
[Abstract]:The real-time reverse transcription PCR test for Ebola virus is the gold standard for the current diagnosis of Ebola virus disease (Ebola virus disease,EVD). The blood, various body fluids and secretions of EVD patients are highly contagious. It is very important to collect, transfer, detect and interpret the clinical samples of EVD patients (including EVD suspected cases, EVD probable cases and EVD confirmed cases). On the basis of the author's work practice and experience in the Ebola treatment Center of China (Ebola Treatment Center,ETC), this study discussed the diagnostic criteria, operating procedures, safety protection and other issues related to laboratory detection of EVD pathogens. To provide a reference for the development of EVD laboratory testing standards or guidelines.
