【摘要】：目的分析急性血吸蟲病確診病例間接血凝試驗(yàn)(IHA)檢測(cè)抗體滴度效價(jià),為診斷與治療急性血吸蟲病提供依據(jù)。方法以2001年以來(lái)收治住院的135例急性血吸蟲病確診病例為觀察對(duì)象。采集病人基本情況,詢問(wèn)疫水接觸情況等,并進(jìn)行IHA抗體滴度效價(jià)檢測(cè),比較不同年齡、潛伏期與住院天數(shù)之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 135例病例中IHA檢測(cè)抗體滴度均1∶320,其中滴度1∶640、1∶1 280、1∶2 560、1∶5 120、1∶10 240分別占1.48%、28.15%、35.56%、20.00%、14.81%。急性感染病例的平均年齡47.70±14.58歲,平均潛伏期38.03±4.59 d,平均住院時(shí)間15.08±3.79 d�？贵w滴度效價(jià)與年齡分布無(wú)相關(guān)性(r=0.109,P0.05),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=0.64,P0.05),但與潛伏期呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.558,P0.01)、住院時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)(r=0.791,P0.01),各組差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=17.07、64.53,P均0.01)。結(jié)論 IHA檢測(cè)急性血吸蟲病例抗體滴度效價(jià)均在1∶640及以上,抗體滴度效價(jià)與年齡大小無(wú)相關(guān)性,抗體滴度效價(jià)高者,血吸蟲病潛伏期短、住院時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the titer of antibody detected by indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) in patients with acute schistosomiasis and to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of acute schistosomiasis. Methods 135 cases of acute schistosomiasis were treated in our hospital since 2001. The basic data of patients were collected, the contact of infected water was inquired, and the titer of IHA antibody was detected to compare the correlation between different ages, incubation period and hospitalization days. Results in 135 cases, the titer of IHA antibody was 1: 320, of which 1: 640 was 1: 650: 1: 1 280: 1 2 560 1: 5 120 1: 10 240, occupied 1.48% 28.1535.5620.00 and 14.81, respectively. The mean age, latency and hospitalization time of acute infection cases were 47.70 鹵14.58 years, 38.03 鹵4.59 days and 15.08 鹵3.79 days, respectively. There was no correlation between titer of antibody and age distribution (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between antibody titer and age distribution (P 0.05), but there was a negative correlation between titer of antibody and latency (r P 0.01). P 0.01), the difference was statistically significant in all groups (F = 17.07, P = 64.53, P 0.01). Conclusion the titer of antibody detected by IHA in acute schistosomiasis patients was above 1: 640. There was no correlation between titer of antibody and age. If the titer of antibody was high, the incubation period of schistosomiasis was short and the hospitalization time was long.
