【摘要】：目的了解湖北省西部山區(qū)并殖吸蟲(chóng)病流行現(xiàn)狀。方法選取興山縣、恩施市、鄖西縣和�？悼h等4個(gè)縣(市)作為并殖吸蟲(chóng)病監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),開(kāi)展主動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)。在監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)采集溪蟹檢測(cè)囊蚴感染情況,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)人群血清并殖吸蟲(chóng)特異性抗體Ig G和Ig M,同時(shí)開(kāi)展相關(guān)知識(shí)行為的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果共采集人群血清1 143人份,總體陽(yáng)性率為1.84%(21/1 143);其中男性陽(yáng)性率1.78%(10/562),女性陽(yáng)性率1.89%(11/581),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.002,P0.05)。共采集溪蟹161只,平均重量11.72 g,陽(yáng)性率為9.32%(15/161),感染度為7.07個(gè)/只。其中雌性溪蟹陽(yáng)性率為11.54%(9/78),雄性為7.23%(6/83),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.884,P0.05);雌性溪蟹感染度為6.67個(gè)/只,雄性溪蟹為7.67個(gè)/只。參與問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的1 143人中,有生食或半生食溪蟹行為者占0.44%,有喝生水行為者占0.87%。結(jié)論湖北省西部山區(qū)并殖吸蟲(chóng)病傳播鏈仍然存在,部分監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)第二中間宿主感染率回升,應(yīng)持續(xù)開(kāi)展監(jiān)測(cè)防控和健康教育宣傳,以免出現(xiàn)暴發(fā)流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the prevalence of paragonimiasis in western mountainous area of Hubei Province. Methods four counties (cities), including Xingshan County, Enshi County, Yunxi County and Baokang County, were selected to monitor paragonimiasis. The infection of cysticercaria was detected in the monitoring site. The specific antibodies Ig G and Ig M of paragonimus were detected by Elisa (ELISA), and the questionnaire survey of related knowledge and behavior was carried out at the same time. Results A total of 1 143 serum samples were collected, the total positive rate was 1.84% (21 / 1 143). The positive rate of male was 1.78% (10 / 562) and that of female was 1.89% (11 / 581). The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 2 0.002 P 0.05). A total of 161 crabs were collected, the average weight was 11.72 g, the positive rate was 9.32% (15 / 161), and the infection degree was 7.07 / mouse. The positive rates of female and male were 11.54% (9 / 78) and 7.23% (6 / 83) respectively (蠂 2 0.884 P 0.05). The infection rate of female crabs and male crabs was 6.67 and 7.67, respectively. Among the 1 143 people who participated in the questionnaire, 0.44 were raw or semi-raw crabs, 0.87 were drinking raw water. Conclusion the transmission chain of paragonimiasis still exists in western mountainous area of Hubei Province, and the infection rate of the second intermediate host in some monitoring points is rising. It is necessary to continuously carry out surveillance, prevention and control and health education to prevent the outbreak of the disease.
