    Methods: Coronary Heart disease, pneumonia, acute appendicitis, protrusion of the intervertebral disc and the chronic hepatitis of type B were selected . We took 869 records of inpatients with five diseases from 2002 to 2004 and established the data base by software SPSS, and took statistical analysis such as descriptive analysis and multi-factors analysis.
