【摘要】：Ⅰ型單純皰疹病毒(HSV-1)是常見的病原體,人是其唯一自然宿主。原發(fā)感染后,HSV-1在上皮細胞大量復制,然后沿軸突逆行至感覺神經節(jié)并潛伏下來。當機體在一定的應激負荷下,潛伏感染的病毒重新激活,從而造成復發(fā)性疾病。因此,闡明病毒潛伏感染及應激復發(fā)的相關機制,將對Ⅰ型單純皰疹病毒預防、治療和控制帶來新的啟示。該文就HSV-1潛伏感染與應激復發(fā)的相關機制進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Herpes simplex virus (HSV-1) is a common pathogen and human is its only natural host. After primary infection, HSV-1 was replicated in epithelial cells, then retrograde to sensory ganglion and latent along the axon. When the body is under certain stress load, latent infection virus reactivates, thus causing recurrent disease.
