【摘要】：目的了解綿陽(yáng)市育齡期婦女乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)與表面抗體(HBsAb)的雙陰分布現(xiàn)況,為制定育齡期婦女乙肝控制策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取綿陽(yáng)市62 551名15~49歲婦女作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)所有研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查并采集其血標(biāo)本,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)對(duì)血清中HBsAg和HBsAb進(jìn)行檢測(cè),HBsAg和HBsAb檢測(cè)結(jié)果均為陰性判定為易感。結(jié)果共62 035名育齡期婦女納入分析,檢測(cè)出HBV易感者共28 460名,雙陰率為45.88%;15~20歲組HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性最低;漢族HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性高于其他民族;農(nóng)村人口HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性高于城市人口;喪偶/離異HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性最高,已婚HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性最低;農(nóng)民HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性最高,醫(yī)務(wù)人員HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性最低;有乙肝家族史育齡期婦女易感性低于無(wú)乙肝家族史者;有乙肝接種史者易感性低于無(wú)乙肝接種史者,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.005)。結(jié)論綿陽(yáng)市育齡期婦女HBV表面抗原抗體的雙陰性較高,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)其HBV易感性的監(jiān)測(cè)和接種乙肝疫苗,以減少乙肝母嬰傳播的概率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (HBsAb) in Mianyang women in order to provide a scientific basis for the development of HBV control strategy. Methods 62,551 15551 15551 women aged 15 to 49 years old in Mianyang City were selected by multi-stage random sampling. All the subjects were investigated by questionnaire and their blood samples were collected. Serum HBsAg and HBsAb were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results A total of 62 035 women of childbearing age were included in the analysis and 28 460 cases of susceptibility to HBV were detected. The double negative rate of HBV surface antigen antibody was the lowest in the group of 15 ~ 20 years of age, and the double negative rate of HBV surface antigen antibody in Han nationality was higher than that in other nationalities. The double negative rate of HBV surface antigen antibody in rural population was higher than that in urban population, the double negative rate of widowed / divorced HBV surface antigen antibody was the highest, that of married HBV surface antigen antibody was the lowest, and that of peasant HBV surface antigen antibody was the highest. The HBV surface antigen antibody of medical staff was the lowest, the susceptibility of women with family history of hepatitis B was lower than that of those without family history of hepatitis B, and the susceptibility of patients with history of hepatitis B inoculation was lower than that of those without inoculation of hepatitis B, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.005). Conclusion the double negative HBV surface antigen and antibody in Mianyang women at childbearing age should be monitored and vaccinated against HBV in order to reduce the probability of mother-to-child transmission of HBV.
