【摘要】：目的了解四川省邛崍市奶牛養(yǎng)殖場從業(yè)人員布魯菌病(布病)防治知識知曉水平,為奶牛養(yǎng)殖場布病防控提供科學依據。方法采用隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。結果總共調查81人,布病防治總知曉率為17.82%。從業(yè)年限對知曉率的影響無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=5.591,P=0.061);不同性別、戶籍、文化程度、工種在知曉率的高低上存在差異(P=0.000)。在工作中接觸過奶牛流產物、不穿工作服、不戴手套、不戴口罩、工作后有不用肥皂或消毒液的洗手情況,分別占38.27%、44.44%、32.10%、67.90%、33.33%。從業(yè)人員通過電視獲取信息最高,達到88.89%。結論邛崍市奶牛養(yǎng)殖場從業(yè)人員布病防治知識知曉率較低,存在高危作業(yè)行為,需要加強健康教育和勞動防護。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge level of brucellosis (brucellosis) prevention and control in dairy cattle farms in Qionglai City Sichuan Province and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis in dairy cattle farms. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by random sampling. Results A total of 81 people were investigated, and the total awareness rate of prevention and control of brucellosis was 17.82%. The influence of working years on the awareness rate was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 591), but there were differences among different sex, household registration, education level and type of work (P0. 000). After working, there were no soap or disinfectant after work, accounting for 38.27% 44.44% and 32.10% 67.90% and 33.33 33 respectively. Employees get the highest information through television, reaching 88.89. Conclusion in Qionglai City, the awareness rate of knowledge on prevention and treatment of brucellosis is low, and high risk behavior exists. Health education and labor protection should be strengthened.
