【摘要】：目的對2015年新疆烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)65歲及以上老年人進行肺結(jié)核病篩查,提高老年肺結(jié)核病患者的發(fā)現(xiàn)水平,有效控制結(jié)核病疫情。方法對轄區(qū)內(nèi)社區(qū)服務中心(站)管理的65歲及以上老年人全部進行肺結(jié)核病癥狀問卷篩查,有可疑癥狀者轉(zhuǎn)至體檢定點門診再行拍片和查痰檢查;發(fā)現(xiàn)的肺結(jié)核病患者轉(zhuǎn)至結(jié)核病定點門診接受國家免費治療與管理。結(jié)果 2015年轄區(qū)內(nèi)常駐65歲及以上老人45 275人,其中本次接受問卷篩查15 631人,篩查率34.52%;問卷篩查查出可疑癥狀者3 632人、占23.24%,可疑癥狀者轉(zhuǎn)診至定點體檢門診接受結(jié)核病相關檢查1 984人、轉(zhuǎn)診到位率54.63%,到位人員中女性占58.62%,受檢者中年齡最小65歲、最大93歲,平均71.79歲;通過拍片和查痰發(fā)現(xiàn)肺結(jié)核病患者23人、檢出率1.16%,檢出肺結(jié)核病患者中,痰菌陽性4人(男性1人、女性3人)、陰性19人。結(jié)論老年肺結(jié)核病有其自身的發(fā)病特點,應引起高度重視;加強老年肺結(jié)核病的早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早診斷、早治療將成為烏魯木齊市天山區(qū)結(jié)核病控制中不容忽視的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the elderly aged 65 and above in Tianshan District of Urumqi, Xinjiang in 2015, to improve the detection level of the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to effectively control the epidemic situation of tuberculosis. Methods all the elderly aged 65 years and above managed by the community service center (station) were screened for pulmonary tuberculosis symptom questionnaire, and those who had suspicious symptoms were transferred to the designated outpatient clinic to take pictures and sputum examination. TB patients were transferred to tuberculosis clinics for free treatment and management. Results in 2015, there were 45,275 resident persons aged 65 and above, of whom 15,631 were screened by questionnaire, with a screening rate of 34.522.There were 3,632 suspected symptoms detected by questionnaire screening. The patients with suspicious symptoms were referred to the designated outpatient clinic for tuberculosis related examination. The referral rate was 54.63 and the female accounted for 58.622.The age of the patients was the youngest 65 years, the oldest was 93 years old, and the average age was 71.79 years. 23 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were found by radiography and sputum examination, the detection rate was 1.16.The sputum bacteria were positive in 4 patients (male 1, female 3) and negative in 19 cases. Conclusion the elderly pulmonary tuberculosis has its own characteristics and should be paid great attention to, and strengthening the early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of senile tuberculosis will become an important part of tuberculosis control in Tianshan District of Urumqi.
