【摘要】：目的探討降脂顆粒劑治療高效抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(HAART)后高脂血癥患者的臨床療效。方法采用實用性隨機對照研究的實驗方法,將58例HAART后高脂血癥的受試者隨機分為實驗組(HAART+中藥降脂顆粒)、對照組(HAART+安慰劑),每組29例,同時測定治療前、治療后12、24周血脂、肝腎功能等指標(biāo)。兩組均治療6個月。結(jié)果在實驗組中,降脂顆粒劑在治療24周時可以顯著降低甘油三酯(TG)的水平,與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=2.601,P=0.013);在治療12、24周,可提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的水平,與治療前比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(12周t=-2.562,P=0.016;24周t=-2.450,P=0.021);而對照組總膽固醇、TG、HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白治療后均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療12、24周時,實驗組HDL-C的治療效果比對照組好(12周t=-2.573,P=0.013;24周t=-3.041,P=0.004);治療24周時,實驗組TG的治療效果比對照組好(t=2.601 P=0.013)。治療24周時,實驗組動脈粥樣硬化指數(shù)下降與對照組相比差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-2.707,P=0.01)。結(jié)論該降脂顆粒劑治療HAART后高脂血癥可以改善脂代謝異常,減少HAART的不良反應(yīng),降低心血管疾病的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhi granules in treating hyperlipidemia patients after effective antiretrovirus therapy (HAART). Methods Fifty-eight subjects with hyperlipidemia after HAART were randomly divided into experimental group (HAART traditional Chinese medicine Jiangzhi granule) and control group (HAART placebo). Liver and kidney function. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results in the experimental group, the level of triglyceride (TG) was significantly decreased at 24 weeks after treatment with Jiangzhi granule, and the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) was increased at 1224 weeks after treatment. There was significant difference between the control group and the control group before treatment (12 weeks, t = 2.562, P < 0.016, t = 2.450, P = 0.021), but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group after the treatment of TGG and HDL-C, low density lipoprotein (LDL) treatment, no significant difference was found between the control group and the control group. The effect of HDL-C in the experimental group was better than that in the control group at the 12th week after treatment (12 weeks, t = 2.573U, P < 0.013), and at 24 weeks, the treatment effect of TG in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (t = 2.601, P = 0.013). The effect of TG in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (t = 2.601 P0. 013). After 24 weeks of treatment, the decrease of atherosclerosis index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (t = -2.707, P < 0.01). Conclusion the hyperlipidemia after HAART can improve the abnormal lipid metabolism, reduce the adverse reaction of HAART and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
