【摘要】：目的評估2012年北京市疾病預防控制中心(CDC)艾滋病病毒(HIV)自愿咨詢檢測(VCT)門診點,男男性行為人群(MSM)的HIV檢測水平和HIV感染確診后的導醫(yī)情況。方法采用回顧性研究。收集2012年1月1日至12月31日北京市CDC VCT門診點MSM的HIV檢測和HIV感染確診后導醫(yī)情況等相關數(shù)據(jù),并按月份整理。刪除重復檢測者和既往陽性者后,收集新確診陽性者的CD+4T淋巴細胞(簡稱CD4細胞)檢測和抗病毒治療情況。利用Cox比例風險模型評估HIV感染確診后CD4細胞水平和開始抗病毒治療(ART)的相關性。結(jié)果2012年,北京市CDC VCT門診總共檢測HIV和梅毒1639人次,其中52.9%(867/1639)是MSM,142例為新發(fā)現(xiàn)的HIV感染者/AIDS病人。新發(fā)現(xiàn)的HIV感染者中,4.9%(7/142)是現(xiàn)患梅毒,12.7%(18/142)是既往梅毒患者。90.1%(128/142)的新發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV感染者已進行了陽性告知,85.2%(121/142)檢測了CD4細胞計數(shù),48.8%(59/121)的CD4細胞計數(shù)350個/μL。在121名接受了CD4細胞檢測的MSM中,15名CD4細胞計數(shù)200個/μL的MSM開始了治療;在40名CD4細胞計數(shù)為200~350個/μL的MSM中,有30人(75.0%)開始了治療。結(jié)論 2012年,北京市MSM中新發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV感染的人數(shù)依然在增加,HIV陽性MSM開始抗病毒治療的比例依然有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the HIV detection level of MSM in the outpatient clinic of HIV voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) in the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2012 and to evaluate the medical guidance of MSM after the diagnosis of HIV infection. Methods retrospective study was used. From January 1 to December 31, 2012, the data of MSM in Beijing CDC VCT outpatient points were collected and analyzed by month. After the repeated tests and previous positive cases were deleted, the CD 4 T lymphocytes (CD4 cells) and antiviral therapy of the newly diagnosed positive patients were collected. Cox proportional hazard model was used to evaluate the correlation between CD4 cell level and the onset of antiviral therapy (art) after HIV infection. Results in 2012, a total of 1639 HIV and syphilis cases were detected in Beijing CDC VCT outpatient clinics, of which 52.9% (867 / 1639) were newly found HIV infected / AIDS patients. Among the newly found HIV infected persons, 4.9% (7 / 142) were syphilis, 12.7% (18 / 142) were syphilis patients. 90.1% (128 / 142) of the newly found HIV-infected persons had been informed of the positive results, 85.2% (121 / 142) had detected CD4 cell counts, 48.8% (59 / 121) of CD4 cells per 渭 L. In 121 MSM patients with CD4 cell count, 15 patients (75.0%) were treated with 200 / 渭 L CD4 cell counts and 30 (75.0%) of 40 MSM patients with CD4 cell counts ranging from 200 to 350 (渭 L). Conclusion in 2012, the number of new HIV infections in MSM in Beijing is still increasing, and the proportion of HIV positive MSM starting anti-viral therapy still needs to be increased.
