【摘要】：血吸蟲病是一種危害嚴(yán)重的全球性人獸共患寄生蟲病。新藥和疫苗開發(fā)是血吸蟲病防治工作中的一項(xiàng)重要環(huán)節(jié)。了解血吸蟲轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子具體功能將有助于理解血吸蟲生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的分子機(jī)制,為篩選新藥和疫苗作用靶點(diǎn)提供參考。本文主要就血吸蟲轉(zhuǎn)錄因子研究現(xiàn)狀及研究方法進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Schistosomiasis is a serious global zoonotic parasitic disease. The development of new drugs and vaccines is an important link in schistosomiasis control. Understanding the transcriptional regulation mechanism and the specific functions of transcription factors of Schistosoma japonicum will be helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of Schistosoma japonicum growth and development and provide a reference for screening new drugs and vaccine targets. In this paper, the current situation and research methods of transcription factors of Schistosoma japonicum are reviewed.
