【摘要】：目的探討1例TNFa拮抗劑誘發(fā)的結核病例的發(fā)病機制、診斷、治療方法及人文啟示。方法回顧性分析1例TNFa拮抗劑誘發(fā)的結核病例臨床資料并復習相關文獻。結果患者表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱、咳嗽和淋巴結腫大,活檢證實診斷為胸椎結核、肺結核、淋巴結結核。經醫(yī)患積極溝通和多學科協(xié)作診治,予手術及抗結核治療后病情好轉。結論TNFa拮抗劑誘發(fā)的結核病例值得引起重視,治療中積極的溝通及多學科協(xié)作是關鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and humanistic enlightenment of a case of tuberculosis induced by TNFa antagonist. Methods the clinical data of 1 case of tuberculosis induced by TNFa antagonist were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results the patients presented with fever, cough and lymphadenopathy. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of thoracic tuberculosis, tuberculosis and lymph node tuberculosis. After active communication between doctors and patients and multi-disciplinary cooperation, surgery and anti-tuberculosis treatment improved the condition. Conclusion the case of tuberculosis induced by TNFa antagonist should be paid attention to. Positive communication and multidisciplinary cooperation are the key points in treatment.
