我國血吸蟲病傳染源快速檢測技術的需求與發(fā)展

【摘要】:血吸蟲病是一種嚴重危害人類健康的人畜共患寄生蟲病,傳染源的快速偵檢是血吸蟲病防治的關鍵。隨著我國血吸蟲病的有效控制,傳染源檢測技術也不斷得到更新。目前,我國絕大部分血吸蟲病流行區(qū)均已進入傳播控制階段,人畜感染率和感染強度明顯下降,傳統(tǒng)的病原學檢測方法和常規(guī)免疫學技術難以滿足現(xiàn)階段對血吸蟲病傳染源快速檢測的需求,血吸蟲病基本消除階段對檢測方法的敏感性、特異性、穩(wěn)定性,以及在快捷、簡便和成本等方面提出了更高的要求。近年來,許多改良或新型檢測技術開始應用到血吸蟲病傳染源的檢測工作中,如自動顯微圖像掃描、PCR-ELISA、免疫傳感檢測技術和環(huán)介導同溫擴增核酸檢測技術等。新型血吸蟲病傳染源快速檢測技術的研發(fā),可為我國血吸蟲病傳染源快速檢測技術的發(fā)展打開新的空間。
[Abstract]:Schistosomiasis is a zoonotic parasitic disease which is seriously harmful to human health, and the rapid detection of the source of infection is the key to the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. With the effective control of schistosomiasis in China, the detection technology of source of infection has been continuously updated. At present, the majority of schistosomiasis endemic areas in China have entered the stage of transmission and control, and the infection rate and intensity of human and livestock infection have decreased obviously. Traditional etiological detection methods and routine immunological techniques are difficult to meet the needs of rapid detection of schistosomiasis infection sources at present, and the sensitivity, specificity, stability and rapidity of detection methods in the basic elimination stage of schistosomiasis japonicum, Simple and cost aspects put forward higher requirements. In recent years, many improved or new detection techniques have been applied to the detection of schistosomiasis infection sources, such as automatic microscopic image scanning PCR-ELISA-ELISA, immunosensor detection and cycline-mediated nucleic acid detection at the same temperature. The development of new rapid detection technology for schistosomiasis infection can open a new space for the rapid detection of schistosomiasis infection source in China.
