【摘要】：目的：了解蘭州市流行性腮腺炎疫情流行病學特征和流行規(guī)律,探索暴發(fā)疫情發(fā)生原因及控制方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)蘭州市流行性腮腺炎防控中存在的問題,為今后政府制定相關疾病的預防控制策略提供科學依據(jù)。 方法：①運用描述性流行病學方法對蘭州市2004～2012年流行性腮腺炎監(jiān)測資料和突發(fā)事件資料進行描述分析；②運用報告接種率和調(diào)查接種率對MCVS的預防接種情況進行評價。 結果：對蘭州市2004～2012年流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)①地、蘭市流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病季節(jié)性特征不明顯；城市報告發(fā)病數(shù)高于農(nóng)村,城鄉(xiāng)報告發(fā)病數(shù)比為2.13：1；15歲病例數(shù)9204例,占總病例數(shù)的83.97%；職業(yè)分布以學生為主,占總病例數(shù)的69.28%。②蘭州市流行性腮腺炎突發(fā)事件共報告33起1080例,所有事件發(fā)生全部為校園事件,尤以農(nóng)村小學為主,累計報告25起906例,占總報告起數(shù)的75.76%；發(fā)病時間與各學校放寒暑假時間一致；突發(fā)報告地區(qū)城關區(qū)最高累計報告14起498例,占總報告起數(shù)的42.42%。③蘭州市2010～2012年MCVS報告接種率分別為99.48%、99.83%和99.47%；適齡兒童調(diào)查接種率分別為,2歲組93.94%,3歲組79.96%。 結論：近年來蘭州市流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病呈逐年升高,針對適齡兒童調(diào)查接種率不高和高危人群存在大量免疫空白的現(xiàn)狀,我們不但要加強適齡兒童MCVS常規(guī)免疫,而且要進一步探索高危人群的免疫策略和農(nóng)村小學的疫情控制工作,以此達到控制蘭州市流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病和流行的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the epidemiological characteristics and epidemic law of epidemic situation of mumps in Lanzhou, explore the causes and control methods of the outbreak, and find out the existing problems in prevention and control of epidemic mumps in Lanzhou. To provide the scientific basis for the government to formulate the prevention and control strategy of related diseases in the future. Methods using descriptive epidemiological method, the surveillance data and emergency data of epidemic parotitis in Lanzhou from 2004 to 2012 were analyzed. The reported and investigated vaccination rates were used to evaluate the vaccination status of MCVS. Results: the data of epidemic mumps in Lanzhou from 2004 to 2012 were analyzed. The results showed that the seasonal characteristics of epidemic mumps were not obvious in one place, the reported incidence in urban was higher than that in rural areas, and the reported incidence ratio in urban and rural areas was 2.13: 1. 9204 cases aged 15 years old were reported in urban and rural areas. The occupational distribution was mainly students and 69.28.2 there were 33 cases of mumps emergency reported in Lanzhou, all of which were campus events, especially in rural primary schools. A total of 25 906 cases were reported, accounting for 75.76% of the total number of reports; the onset time was the same as the time of winter and summer vacation in various schools; and the highest accumulative total of 14 cases of 498 cases were reported in the Chengguan District, the area where the emergency report was made. The reported coverage rates of MCVS in Lanzhou from 2010 to 2012 were 99.48% and 99.47%, respectively, and the coverage rates of children of school age were 93.943% and 79.96%, respectively. Conclusion: in recent years, the incidence of mumps in Lanzhou City has been increasing year by year. In view of the fact that the vaccination rate of children of school age is not high and there are a large number of immune gaps in high risk groups, we should not only strengthen the routine immunization of MCVS in children of right age. In order to control the incidence and prevalence of mumps in Lanzhou City, we should further explore the immunization strategy of high risk population and the epidemic control work in rural primary schools.
