【摘要】：目的跟蹤包蟲病信息管理系統(tǒng)改造,歸納系統(tǒng)整合進(jìn)展,了解與分析各級(jí)層面的模擬測試反饋結(jié)果,為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步完善提供參考。方法收集包蟲病防治信息系統(tǒng)改造基本信息,在包蟲病流行區(qū)開展機(jī)構(gòu)匹配工作;在包蟲病主要流行區(qū)選擇各級(jí)專業(yè)防治機(jī)構(gòu),開展信息系統(tǒng)模擬填報(bào)運(yùn)行功能調(diào)查并收集反饋建議。結(jié)果機(jī)構(gòu)匹配階段結(jié)果顯示,行政區(qū)劃匹配平均完成率為94.30%,登記在冊(cè)的專業(yè)防治機(jī)構(gòu)匹配平均完成率為69.94%;與包蟲病防治專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)匹配平均完成率為56.40%。系統(tǒng)模擬測試結(jié)果顯示,5省(自治區(qū))共計(jì)15個(gè)包蟲病防治專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)開展了系統(tǒng)測試填報(bào),獲得建議14份,反饋率為93.33%。認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行不夠流暢的占比21.43%;認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)還需提高數(shù)據(jù)輸入便捷性的占比64.29%;認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)功能還需加強(qiáng)維護(hù)與完善的占比42.86%。建議提出涉及省級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)占比27.78%,市級(jí)占比22.22%,縣級(jí)占比50.00%。結(jié)論包蟲病防治信息管理系統(tǒng)的整合契合了主要流行區(qū)填報(bào)的基本需求,下一階段需在完善機(jī)構(gòu)匹配的基礎(chǔ)上,擴(kuò)大測試范圍并進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)與提高系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)服務(wù)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to track the improvement of hydatidosis information management system, to summarize the progress of system integration, to understand and analyze the feedback results of simulation tests at all levels, and to provide reference for further improvement of the system. Methods to collect the basic information of hydatidosis prevention and control information system, to carry out organization matching work in hydatid disease endemic areas, and to select specialized control organizations at all levels in major hydatid disease endemic areas. Conduct information system simulation report function survey and collect feedback and suggestions. Results at the stage of organization matching, the average completion rate of administrative division matching was 94.30, the average matching completion rate of registered professional prevention and control institutions was 69.94, and the average completion rate of matching with professional organizations for hydatidosis control was 56.40. The results of systematic simulation test showed that a total of 15 professional institutions of hydatidosis control in 5 provinces (autonomous regions) had carried out systematic test and filled out 14 recommendations with a feedback rate of 93.33. The proportion that thinks the system does not run smoothly is 21.43; the proportion that thinks the system still needs to improve the convenience of data input is 64.29; and the proportion of system function that needs to strengthen maintenance and perfection is 42.86. It is suggested that the proportion of provincial organizations should be 27.78%, that of city level 22.22%, and that of county level 50.005%. Conclusion the integration of information management system for hydatidosis control meets the basic needs of filling in major endemic areas. In the next stage, the testing scope should be expanded on the basis of perfect organization matching, and the service functions of the system should be further improved and enhanced.
