【摘要】：背景:尖銳濕疣是由人乳頭瘤病毒感染引起的臨床中常見的一種性傳播疾病,常表現為生殖器及肛周部位乳頭狀、菜花狀、雞冠狀增生物。本病具有潛伏周期長、傳染性強、復發(fā)率高等特征。因其具有較高的復發(fā)率而對患者的日常工作和生活造成了很大的困擾,并影響了患者的心理健康。因此臨床中應盡可能的降低患者的復發(fā)率而減輕患者的痛苦。本文通過觀察派特靈和光動力治療男性尿道口尖銳濕疣的療效,進而對臨床治療提供指導。目的:觀察派特靈和光動力治療男性尿道口尖銳濕疣的臨床療效。方法:我科門診確診的76例男性尿道口尖銳濕疣患者,隨機分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組應用派特靈治療,對照組應用光動力療法治療。要求患者每半個月復診一次,觀察其是否復發(fā)。連續(xù)隨訪3個月,觀察患者治療的療效。結果:治療后,觀察組治愈率為87.5%,總有效率為97.5%。對照組治愈率為80.5%,總有效率為94.4%。兩組差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療期間兩組均未發(fā)生明顯不良反應。結論:1.中藥制劑派特靈治療男性尿道尖銳濕疣臨床療效顯著,復發(fā)率低,安全性好,在尖銳濕疣的治療中具有較高的臨床意義,值得進一步研究與推廣。2.對于尿道口等特殊部位的尖銳濕疣,派特靈與光動力療法療效相當。
[Abstract]:Background: condyloma acuminatum is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus infection. The disease is characterized by long latent period, strong infectivity and high recurrence rate. Because of its high recurrence rate, it causes great troubles to patients' daily work and life, and affects the patients' mental health. Therefore, the recurrence rate should be reduced as much as possible and the pain should be alleviated. The therapeutic effect of Peterin and photodynamic therapy on male urethral condyloma acuminatum was observed. Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Peterin and photodynamic therapy on male urethral condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 76 male patients with condyloma acuminatum at urethral orifice were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with peterin and the control group with photodynamic therapy. Patients were asked to return every half a month to see if they recurred. The patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the therapeutic effect. Results: the cure rate was 87.5 and the total effective rate was 97.5in the observation group. In the control group, the cure rate was 80.5 and the total effective rate was 94. 4%. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion 1. The treatment of male urethral condyloma acuminatum with Chinese medicine Paterin has a significant clinical effect, low recurrence rate and good safety. It has a high clinical significance in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum, and deserves further study and popularization. For condyloma acuminatum at special sites such as urethral orifices, Petrin is equivalent to photodynamic therapy.
