【摘要】：目的分析1986-2014年云南省人間鼠疫流行情況,為鼠疫防治提供科學依據(jù)。方法使用SPSS 19.0軟件對云南省人間鼠疫監(jiān)測資料進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果 1986-2014年,云南省有10個州(市)的29個縣發(fā)生人間鼠疫流行,確診鼠疫患者512例,死亡4例。家鼠鼠疫疫源地確診鼠疫病例507例,死亡2例,病型均為腺型,主要傳染源為黃胸鼠,傳播媒介為印鼠客蚤;野鼠鼠疫疫源地確診鼠疫病例5例,死亡2例,病型均為原發(fā)性肺鼠疫,傳播途徑為密切接觸傳播,病死率高。結論云南省自1986年至今人間鼠疫流行強度逐漸減弱,截至2014年已經(jīng)連續(xù)9年未發(fā)生人間鼠疫病例,鼠疫疫情得到有效控制,但鼠疫防治態(tài)勢依然嚴峻。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence of human plague in Yunnan Province from 1986 to 2014, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of plague. Methods the data of human plague surveillance in Yunnan Province were statistically analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software. Results from 1986 to 2014, human plague occurred in 29 counties in 10 counties of Yunnan Province. 512 cases were diagnosed and 4 cases died. 507 cases and 2 deaths of plague cases were confirmed in the plague foci of the domestic mice. The main source of infection was the yellow thorax rat, and the transmission medium was the Indian rat flea. There were 5 confirmed cases and 2 deaths in the plague foci of the wild mice. The disease type is primary pneumonic plague, the transmission way is close contact transmission, the fatality rate is high. Conclusion the epidemic intensity of human plague in Yunnan Province has gradually weakened since 1986, and no human plague cases have occurred for 9 consecutive years until 2014. The plague epidemic situation has been effectively controlled, but the situation of plague prevention and control is still severe.
