【摘要】：目的分析無錫市腹瀉人群中分離的沙門菌的流行特征;同時比較主要血清型菌株間的脈沖場凝膠電泳(PFGE)帶型差異,為沙門菌感染的防控提供實驗數(shù)據(jù)。方法收集2015年無錫市腹瀉病人的糞便標本,分別進行沙門菌的分離鑒定、藥敏試驗、血清型分型以及PFGE分型分析。結(jié)果 756份糞便標本中共分離到32株沙門菌,陽性率為4.23%;檢出時間主要集中在5~10月份,感染人群以老年人為主。藥敏試驗說明無錫地區(qū)的沙門菌對氨芐西林的耐藥率最高,達56.25%;對環(huán)丙沙星和頭孢他啶的耐藥率最低,均為6.25%。32株沙門菌共鑒定出11種血清型,以腸炎沙門菌和鼠傷寒沙門菌為主,分別占31.25%和21.88%。對這2種血清型的沙門菌進行PFGE分析,顯示腸炎沙門菌所有帶型的相似度均在85%以上,鼠傷寒沙門菌的帶型各不相同。結(jié)論無錫市沙門菌的感染具有明顯季節(jié)和年齡分布差異性,流行的優(yōu)勢血清型為腸炎沙門菌。無錫市需同時加強對食品和環(huán)境中沙門菌的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of Salmonella isolated from diarrhea population in Wuxi and to compare the difference of PFGE bands among the main serotype strains in order to provide experimental data for the prevention and control of Salmonella infection. Methods fecal specimens from diarrhea patients in Wuxi City in 2015 were collected and identified by isolation and identification of Salmonella, drug sensitivity test, serotype typing and PFGE typing analysis. Results A total of 32 Salmonella strains were isolated from 756 fecal specimens with a positive rate of 4.23.The detection time was mainly in May and October. The drug sensitivity test showed that the resistant rate of salmonella to ampicillin was the highest in Wuxi area (56.25%), the resistance rate to ciprofloxacin and ceftazidime was the lowest (6.25.32 strains), and 11 serotypes were identified. Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium were dominant, accounting for 31.25% and 21.88%, respectively. The PFGE analysis of the two serotypes showed that the similarity of all bands of Salmonella enteritidis was more than 85%, and the bands of Salmonella typhimurium were different. Conclusion the infection of Salmonella in Wuxi city has obvious seasonal and age distribution differences, and the predominant serotype is Salmonella enteritidis. Wuxi city should also strengthen the monitoring of salmonella in food and environment.
