【摘要】：目的:探討3種乙型肝炎病毒攜帶者肝纖維化程度的差異,為評(píng)估預(yù)后提供參考.方法:將114例乙肝病毒攜帶者分組為:乙肝抗原(HBe Ag)陽(yáng)性HBV DNA陽(yáng)性攜帶者(A組)、HBe Ag陰性HBV DNA陰性攜帶者(B組)、HBe Ag陰性HBV DNA陽(yáng)性攜帶者(C組).使用fibroscan對(duì)乙型肝炎病毒攜帶者進(jìn)行肝臟硬度值(LSM)檢測(cè),評(píng)估3組肝臟硬度值的差異.結(jié)果:A組與B組,B組與C組的肝臟硬度值有顯著性差異,A組與C組的肝臟硬度值無(wú)顯著性差異.結(jié)論:說(shuō)明HBV DNA陽(yáng)性的攜帶者無(wú)論HBe Ag是否陽(yáng)性其肝臟硬度值均比HBV DNA陰性的攜帶者增高.
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the difference of hepatic fibrosis in three hepatitis B virus carriers and to provide reference for evaluating the prognosis of hepatitis B virus carriers. Methods: 114 cases of HBV carriers were divided into two groups: group A with HBV DNA positive for HBe Ag and group A with negative HBV DNA of HBe Ag and group B with HBe Ag negative HBV DNA positive group and group C with HBe Ag negative HBV DNA positive carrier. Fibroscan was used to detect the liver hardness of hepatitis B virus carriers and to evaluate the difference of liver hardness values among the three groups. Results there was significant difference in liver hardness between group A and group B and group C. There was no significant difference between group A and group C. Conclusion: the liver hardness of HBV DNA positive carriers is higher than that of HBV DNA negative carriers, regardless of whether HBe Ag is positive or not.
