【摘要】：流行性感冒(簡稱流感)是由流感病毒引起的呼吸道傳染病,主要造成鼻、喉、支氣管及肺部感染,其傳播迅速,很容易藉由咳嗽或噴嚏造成飛沫傳染。大多數(shù)的健康成人在感染后的1~2個星期便能自行恢復。然而,對老年人和慢性基礎性疾病患者而言,感染流感病毒可能會導致住院甚至死亡。每年定期接種流感疫苗是目前已知預防流感最好的方式。本文旨在對流感高危人群的疾病負擔及疫苗預防做一描述。
[Abstract]:Influenza (influenza) is a respiratory infection caused by influenza virus. It mainly causes nose, throat, bronchus and lung infection. It spreads rapidly and is easily spread by coughing or sneezing.Most healthy adults recover on their own within 1-2 weeks of infection.However, for the elderly and people with chronic underlying diseases, infection with the flu virus can lead to hospitalization and even death.Regular annual flu vaccination is currently known to be the best way to prevent influenza.The purpose of this article is to describe the disease burden and vaccine prevention in high-risk population of influenza.
