【摘要】：通過對(duì)鄱陽(yáng)湖區(qū)有螺草洲的土壤進(jìn)行采樣分析,探討適合釘螺生存的土壤環(huán)境,為鄱陽(yáng)湖區(qū)模擬自然環(huán)境人工飼養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性釘螺的多因素研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)鄱陽(yáng)湖區(qū)3塊有螺草洲的土壤進(jìn)行采樣,檢測(cè)含水量、粒徑、總碳、有機(jī)碳、總氮、全磷和速效鉀7項(xiàng)指標(biāo)等,分析不同草洲的土壤環(huán)境各指標(biāo)與活螺密度關(guān)系。兩樣本均值t檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,同一草洲釘螺密度有季節(jié)性差異。單因素回歸分析顯示,土壤含水量對(duì)釘螺密度有影響。進(jìn)一步多元線性回歸分析顯示,土壤成分與釘螺密度均無顯著關(guān)系。影響釘螺生存發(fā)育的因素復(fù)雜多樣,不可單純從土壤成分解釋,需同時(shí)綜合氣候、水文、地理環(huán)境、植被類型等自然因素。
[Abstract]:Through sampling and analyzing the soil of snails in Poyang Lake region, the soil environment suitable for snail survival was discussed, which laid a foundation for the study of manmade positive snails in Poyang Lake region.The soil samples of three snails in Poyang Lake region were sampled, and seven indexes such as water content, particle size, total carbon, organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and available potassium were detected, and the relationship between soil environmental indexes and living snail density in different grasslands was analyzed.The results of t test showed that the density of Oncomelania hupensis had seasonal difference in the same continent.Univariate regression analysis showed that soil moisture content had an effect on snail density.Further multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between soil composition and snail density.The factors affecting the survival and development of Oncomelania hupensis are complex and diverse, which can not be explained simply from the soil composition, but should be integrated with natural factors such as climate, hydrology, geographical environment, vegetation type and so on.
