【摘要】：乙型肝炎病毒感染后�？蓪е侣砸倚透窝�。機體模式識別受體(PRRs)作為一類重要的識別分子,在病毒感染早期可識別病原體并誘導抗病毒免疫應答。本文闡述了PRRs的定義、種類和信號通路,將其分為Toll樣受體家族和Toll非依賴性模式識別受體家族,介紹了其與乙型肝炎病毒感染之間的關系。
[Abstract]:Hepatitis B virus infection often leads to chronic hepatitis B. as an important recognition molecule, organism pattern recognition receptor (PRRs) can recognize pathogens and induce antiviral immune response in the early stage of viral infection. This paper describes the definition of PRRs. The type and signal pathway were divided into Toll like receptor family and Toll independent pattern recognition receptor family. The relationship between them and hepatitis B virus infection was introduced.
