【摘要】：目的了解當(dāng)前我國(guó)各級(jí)疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)寄生蟲(chóng)病防治人員的寄生蟲(chóng)病檢測(cè)理論和技能知識(shí)水平。方法2015年9月組織全國(guó)31個(gè)省(市、區(qū))各級(jí)疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)的124名寄生蟲(chóng)病防治專(zhuān)業(yè)人員進(jìn)行能力考核,構(gòu)建考核人員基本信息和考試成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),了解考核對(duì)象寄生蟲(chóng)病檢測(cè)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)和技能掌握情況,并分析不同性別、年齡、職稱(chēng)、單位級(jí)別和地區(qū)考核對(duì)象間的差異。結(jié)果所有考核對(duì)象綜合平均成績(jī)?yōu)?23.3分,及格人數(shù)占考核人數(shù)的57.3%。其中男性(48人)和女性(76人)平均分分別為125.9分和121.7分;30歲以下年齡組(57人)、30~40歲年齡組(61人)及40歲以上年齡組(6人)綜合成績(jī)平均分分別為119.6、128.1分和111.2分;初(94人)、中(28人)、高級(jí)(2人)職稱(chēng)人員綜合成績(jī)平均分分別為119.2、135.9分和140.5分。124名考核對(duì)象的筆試成績(jī)平均為61.9分,及格人數(shù)占考核人數(shù)的62.9%;所有考核對(duì)象技能操作平均成績(jī)?yōu)?1.4分,及格人數(shù)占58.1%。結(jié)論疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)寄生蟲(chóng)病防治的考核人員理論考核成績(jī)極差較大,寄生蟲(chóng)病檢測(cè)基礎(chǔ)理論和技能考核水平總體偏低,需對(duì)照防治中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)和潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),重視人才培養(yǎng)和技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備,強(qiáng)化寄生蟲(chóng)病防治隊(duì)伍建設(shè),培養(yǎng)有較強(qiáng)理論和實(shí)踐綜合能力的寄生蟲(chóng)病防治專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge level of parasite detection theory and skills of parasite prevention and control personnel at all levels of disease prevention and control institutions in China. Methods 31 provinces (cities) were organized in September 2015. District) 124 parasite prevention and control professionals at all levels of disease prevention and control institutions have their abilities assessed, and a database of basic information and examination results of examiners is constructed to understand the basic theoretical knowledge and skills of parasite disease detection, The differences among different gender, age, professional title, unit level and area were analyzed. Results the overall average score of all subjects was 123.3 points. The average scores were 125.9 and 121.7 respectively for 57 persons in the age group under 30 and 61 in the age group of 30 and 40) and 6 in the age group over 40). 119.6128.1 and 111.2, respectively. The average scores of the staff with professional titles were 119.2135.9 and 140.5 points respectively. The average score of the written examination was 61.9 points. Conclusion the theoretical assessment results of parasitosis prevention and control in disease prevention and control institutions are very poor. The basic theory and skill examination level of parasitic disease detection is on the low side. It is necessary to compare the weak links and potential risks in prevention and control, attach importance to the cultivation of talents and technical reserves, and strengthen the construction of prevention and control team of parasitic diseases. Cultivate a strong theoretical and practical comprehensive ability of parasitic disease prevention and control professionals.
