【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)重慶市活禽市場(chǎng)從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行人禽流感防控知識(shí)和職業(yè)防護(hù)行為調(diào)查,結(jié)合環(huán)境禽流感病毒監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,評(píng)價(jià)該人群感染禽流感風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為制定該類人群人禽流感防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法選取重慶市8個(gè)區(qū)(縣)14家禽市場(chǎng),采用自行設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,對(duì)從業(yè)人員開(kāi)展人禽流感防控知識(shí)、行為調(diào)查;用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)查看和訪談方式收集活禽市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀與管理情況。結(jié)果 96名活禽市場(chǎng)從業(yè)人員人禽流感防控知識(shí)的總知曉率為18.5%,對(duì)傳染源、相關(guān)疫苗、高危人群、傳播途徑和早期癥狀的知曉率分別為41.9%、21.3%、10.4%、7.3%和5.2%。主要途徑為電視(94.8%)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)(26.0%)。從業(yè)人員工作時(shí)佩戴口罩、手套、工作服和防護(hù)鞋的比例分別為5.2%、13.1%、28.7%和45.2%,接觸禽類后有91.7%的人用水洗手。有30.2%選擇去正規(guī)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)診治,有36.8%的人會(huì)主動(dòng)告知涉禽職業(yè)�；钋菔袌�(chǎng)管理不到位,消費(fèi)者可零距離挑選活禽。2014年在調(diào)查的活禽市場(chǎng)環(huán)境標(biāo)本禽流感陽(yáng)性率為34.7%(247/711),其中H5亞型陽(yáng)性率為18.3%(130/711)、H9亞型陽(yáng)性率為16.5%(117/711)。結(jié)論重慶市部分活禽市場(chǎng)未進(jìn)行規(guī)范管理,從業(yè)人員人禽流感相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉率低,防護(hù)意識(shí)和行為較差,存在較高感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the risk of avian influenza infection among workers in live poultry market in Chongqing through investigation of human avian influenza prevention and control knowledge and occupational protective behavior, combined with monitoring results of environmental avian influenza virus. To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of human avian influenza in this kind of population. Methods 8 districts (county 14) poultry market in Chongqing were selected and self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge and behavior of human avian influenza prevention and control among employees. Results the total awareness rate of human avian flu prevention and control knowledge among 96 live poultry market practitioners was 18.50.The source of infection, related vaccines, and high-risk population were collected by on-the-spot inspection and interview. The awareness rates of transmission routes and early symptoms were 41.9% and 10.4%, respectively, and 10.4% and 5.2%, respectively. The main channels were TV 94.8 and Internet 26.0.The practitioners wore masks and gloves while they were working. The proportion of work clothes and protective shoes was 5.213.1% and 45.2%, respectively. 91.7% people washed their hands with water after contact with poultry. 30.2% people chose to go to regular medical institutions for treatment, 36.8% people would voluntarily inform the poultry concerned about their occupation. The live poultry market was not well managed. In 2014, the positive rate of avian influenza in live poultry market samples investigated in 2014 was 34. 7% 711%, of which the positive rate of H5 subtype was 18. 3%. The positive rate of H9 subtype was 16. 5 / 711%. Conclusion some live poultry markets in Chongqing are not regulated. The knowledge of avian influenza was low, the awareness and behavior of protection were poor, and the risk of infection was high.
