【摘要】：正人蛔蟲(chóng)是一種最常見(jiàn)的人體消化道寄生蟲(chóng),引起蛔蟲(chóng)病。蛔蟲(chóng)成蟲(chóng)寄生于人體小腸,奪取營(yíng)養(yǎng),也可引起腸梗阻、腸扭結(jié)、腸穿孔、膽道感染和阻塞引起闌尾炎等急腹癥,甚至還可以鉆入肝、膽等引起嚴(yán)重的異位損害。因腸蛔蟲(chóng)病患病率的下降,即使感染蛔蟲(chóng)但腸道內(nèi)蛔蟲(chóng)數(shù)量明顯減少,女性患者腹痛一般不考慮腸蛔蟲(chóng)病,因此,該病常被忽視,而以婦科疾病來(lái)就診。本院近年來(lái)在做陰道檢查婦科病的同時(shí)均對(duì)下腹部的腸
