【摘要】：目的探討帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛繼發(fā)感染患者的病原菌特點(diǎn)及相關(guān)影響因素。方法選擇醫(yī)院于2015年1月-2016年12月期間收治的帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者986例,分析帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛繼發(fā)感染病原菌分布特點(diǎn)和耐藥性,對(duì)患者繼發(fā)感染的發(fā)生率及相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行觀察和分析。結(jié)果發(fā)生繼發(fā)感染患者91例,感染率為9.23%;共檢出病原菌82株,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共55株占67.07%;革蘭陽(yáng)性菌對(duì)紅霉素、環(huán)丙沙星、青霉素耐藥率較高,革蘭陰性菌對(duì)阿米卡星、美羅培南、亞胺培南耐藥率較高;logistic多因素回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,皮損嚴(yán)重、皮損面積5%、初治時(shí)間≥3d為帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛繼發(fā)感染獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論根據(jù)帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛繼發(fā)感染病原菌特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行針對(duì)性治療,且對(duì)其危險(xiǎn)因素采取積極有效的預(yù)防措施,降低其發(fā)病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogenic bacteria characteristics and related influencing factors in patients with secondary infection of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods the patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected. There were 986 patients. The distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in secondary infection of postherpetic neuralgia were analyzed. The incidence and related factors of secondary infection were observed and analyzed. Results 91 cases of secondary infection occurred. The infection rate was 9.23; A total of 82 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, mainly Gram-negative bacteria, a total of 55 strains accounted for 67.07; The resistance rate of Gram-positive bacteria to erythromycin, ciprofloxacin and penicillin was higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria to amikacin, meropenem and imipenem.
