【摘要】：目的評價微信平臺在改變大學(xué)生艾滋病知識中的效果,為使用新媒體手段開展艾滋病健康教育提供依據(jù)和借鑒。方法建立在校大學(xué)生微信平臺,并定期發(fā)布艾滋病方面的知識,提供在線咨詢服務(wù)進行干預(yù),自行設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,對干預(yù)前后的研究對象進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果基線調(diào)查組199人,艾滋病知識總知曉率為78.89%(157人);干預(yù)后調(diào)查組125人,總知曉率為92.00%(115人);干預(yù)前后比較,總知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=9.7869,P0.05)。在艾滋病流行趨勢和主要傳播方式(χ2=52.6215,P0.05)、新型毒品與艾滋病傳播的關(guān)系(χ2=8.7652,P0.05)等問題上知曉率的差異也有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論通過微信平臺干預(yù)的方式簡單易行、成本很低、針對性強、私密性好,可明顯提升大學(xué)生艾滋病知識知曉率。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the change of the students' knowledge of AIDS in the WeChat platform, in effect, provide a basis and reference for AIDS health education using new media tools to carry out the method of college students. The WeChat platform is established, and regularly publish AIDS knowledge, to provide online consulting services for intervention, questionnaire, questionnaire survey was conducted on the research object before and after the intervention. The results of the baseline survey group of 199 people, total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 78.89% (157); intervention investigation group of 125 people, the total awareness rate was 92% (115); comparison before and after the intervention, the total awareness rate difference was statistically significant (2=9.7869, P0.05). In the AIDS epidemic trend and the main mode of transmission (x 2=52.6215, P0.05), the relationship between new drugs and the spread of AIDS (2=8.7652, P0.05) also have significant differences on issues such as the awareness rate. Conclusions through WeChat platform intervention Simple and easy, low cost, strong pertinence, good privacy, can obviously improve the awareness of AIDS knowledge of college students.
