【摘要】：目的:了解合成毒品濫用者毒品濫用后高危性行為的發(fā)生情況,探索合成毒品濫用與艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染的關(guān)聯(lián)。方法:本研究是在2015年3月至2015年6月期間,在廣東省某市級強制隔離戒毒所進行。對313例在所進行強制隔離戒毒治療,與"甲基苯丙胺和氯胺酮物質(zhì)濫用"相關(guān)的戒毒者進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:313例調(diào)查對象中男性286人,女性27人;苯丙胺類濫用者占到68.4%,海洛因和苯丙胺類混合濫用者占到17.9%;66.6%的調(diào)查對象吸毒后發(fā)生過性行為,74.1%的調(diào)查對象吸毒后發(fā)生性行為從未使用安全套或有時使用安全套,吸毒后發(fā)生同性性行為和群體性行為的比例分別為3.0%和6.1%,34.5%的人承認吸毒后會增加性交頻次。結(jié)論:合成毒品濫用人群仍然以青少年為主。甲基苯丙胺和氯胺酮是主要濫用精神活性物質(zhì)。合成毒品濫用后增加了使用者發(fā)生高危性行為的機率,艾滋病傳播的風險也相應提高。合成毒品濫用者是艾滋病等性傳播疾病的高危人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of high risk sexual behaviors in synthetic drug abusers. To explore the association between synthetic drug abuse and HIV / AIDS infection. Methods: this study was conducted from March 2015 to June 2015. A municipal compulsory isolation treatment center was conducted in Guangdong Province. 313 cases were treated with compulsory isolation treatment. A questionnaire survey was conducted among drug addicts related to "substance abuse of methamphetamine and ketamine". Results 286 men and 27 women were investigated in 313 subjects. The proportion of amphetamine-type abusers was 68.4 and that of heroin and amphetamine-type abusers was 17.9; 66.6% of the respondents had had sexual intercourse after drug abuse. 74.1% of the respondents had never used condoms or sometimes used condoms. The rates of same-sex sex and group sexual behavior after drug abuse were 3.0% and 6.1% respectively. 34.5% of the people admitted that drug use increased the frequency of sexual intercourse. Conclusion:. Synthetic drug abuse continues to be dominated by adolescents. Methamphetamine and ketamine are the main psychoactive substances abused. Synthetic drug abuse increases the risk of high-risk sexual behaviour among users. The risk of HIV transmission increases accordingly. Synthetic drug abusers are at high risk for sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS.
